This is by far the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. For almost a year and a half this had been where I have stopped for lunch Monday through Friday, but not anymore. For the past SIX months, my order has been wrong every time. It’s usually cheese on a hamburger or a sandwich that says NO CHEESE. I really don’t want to come across as a Karen, but you guys literally get an order slip for any customized sandwich, and can’t be bothered to look at it. It’s between this and the staff, (not the managers and long time staff, they are always polite) but the new staff that takes orders is impatient and does not know what they are doing. Consistently getting things wrong, or saying that machines are “broken” and when I have come inside and ordered myself have been able to order and get the item without a problem. I just want a double hamburger. It’s been removed from your store, so I get a double cheese burger with no cheese. Is it really so hard that 5 days a week, for 6 months I’ve had to come inside and have the sandwich remade?

This is what my sandwich looked like today. The iced tea I ordered had so much ice in it, I had trouble getting the straw into the cup. I ended up with barely 8 oz of actual tea. I called, and I did get an apology, which I can appreciate, but my lunch is ruined! I guess there are worse things in life. But really, that much ice? Why? And, I hope the cook has a better day tomorrow!

Correct, Good, Fast. Usually you’d get to pick two but this location gives you one if you’re lucky. They get orders wrong far too often, 1 patty on a mcdouble, 1 filet on a double filet, mcchicken when I ordered a mccrispy. If it’s not wrong it’s old food that’s sat in the warmers too long. If you manage to get those two then you’re guaranteed join the rest of the line waiting in the parking lot. I’ve mchad it with this location, I’d rather burn the gas to go far far from this disappointment of an establishment than overpay for food they don’t deliver.
