Rather bizarre that this eatery is in an area where nothing else is open late, yet they are open till midnight. Had the ceasar wrap, tasted different than i expected it to, but it was good. Service was iffy, only one person there when we came in, then finally after several minutes an employee walks in from outdoors, then another couple of minutes later another employee comes in. That sped up the service finally, it was really slow until then.

The crew allowed an insane person to harass customers as they we ordering sandwiches at the counter. She said, “I’m hungry, you buy me a sandwich.” I asked the person at the counter if they allow this. He said, “Yes!” My elderly mom gave her a ten. My parents split and shared their own meal. She waved her money in the air like a champion, loudly ordered and smugglingly ate it directly behind us. Then flamboyantly she hugged my mom after I asked my mom if she even thanked her. The women also was wearing Birkenstock sandals, name brand leather purse and also vaped an electronic cigarette in the restaurant. I was visiting my parents and now I won’t see them again until Christmas. Thanks for making it memorable!!! It amazes me, you want insane people harassing customers as they order. Perhaps instead of letting insane people harass your customers, YOU should be the charitable ones give away sandwiches instead of relying on customers!!! That is if YOU want to be charitable…

Service has gone downhill. Our family doesn’t eat out often and experiences like today are why. Ordered a #11 on French bread. I usually get extra lettuce, but there was barely any on it and the lettuce that was on it was old and brown-ish. Sandwich wasn’t cut in half. Barely any mayo, so it was very dry. It said from the time order was received to when it was out for delivery was only 8 minutes, but then it took over 25 minutes to get to our house after that. As much as the sandwiches and delivery fee cost, PLUS expecting a tip on top of that for drivers, you’d think the service would be better.

We enjoy the food. We have never had a problem with that. However the delivery time has gotten worse over time. Last night it took 25 minutes to get our order to use and today 20 minutes. That was not from the time I put the order in but from the time I received notification that the order was out for delivery. Whenever I put an order in for pick up I try to wait for a notice that it is ready but it never comes so I just wait what I think is a sufficient amount of time and go in. Sometimes it is around 5 o’clock when I place the order and then at 10 o’clock I receive a notice that it’s ready. I understand times get busy but this has happened every time. We visit frequently because like I said before we love the food.

I use to like ordering from here, but today I ordered a sandwich from here and the bacon was rotten! It was discolored and stringy and smelled awful, didn’t realize it until I had taken a few bites. Called the store to let them know and they offered to spend me a new one. My new one arrived and I started eating it and it was just as bad! Gave me food poisoning! Won’t be ordering again! Waste of $12!

In town visiting and ordered from here. Was missing two items from my order so I called to get a refund for those items. I was told that they couldn’t provide me a refund unless they voided the whole ticket or provide me a store credit for this store only. I advised that I live in Denver, and that wouldn’t help. It seems a little messed up to not deliver a full order and not be able to give the customer a refund. Terrible customer service.

Service was fast. But the sandwich bread was hard. The meat and vegetables were fresh. This franchise was located in Grand Island,Nebraska. Other than the bread being hard. The sandwich would have been even better.

Like many places this restaurant has changed . The big sign up front with all the extras ect was gone and we were not asked if we wanted our bread scooped or anything added to our sandwich , this time the bread was tough , certainly didn’t seem ” fresh ” probably won’t pick as our lunch again for a very long time .

Order is EXACTLY to my liking lip, and tongue smacking gooood. The delivery is fast! Only issue is with the rewards on their website sometimes it errors on you. So hopefully next time it works.
