Fantaztic Dream
The best thing about this place is the decor, seriously. Haven’t been here in a couple years and it’s not any better than I remember. The steak tasted like jerky and was super dry, the chicken was super dry and over charred, even the chips were old and hard. Definitely not coming back to this Qdoba again. 0/10 stars do not recommend.

We placed an order online. We arrived about the time it was estimated to be completed and they hadn’t even started the order. They were helping a person in front of me. When I told them I was waiting for an online order, they asked me to wait until they served the person who had come in BEHIND me (even though my order had been placed a good 10-15 minutes before those people walked in the door). Another staff came in from a break and started on my order. He was very friendly but was extremely slow. Maybe he was new? It looked like he was the only one of the staff who had bathed in the last week (notably NOT the man who appeared to be the manager). Would never recommend this particular Qdoba and will not be visiting it again.

The manager is pretty cool and is doing his best. However his struggle to find good employees is affecting the restaurant. The owner or qdoba themselves needs to step in and help otherwise this location won’t make it. They are almost always under-prepped on food. It seems that tour busses like to visit this location frequently

This place is clean and neat. The staff are friendly and helpful. They went the extra mile to be kind to my 3 boys. There were changing tables in both the men’s and women’s bathroom. I live on the south side of Indianapolis, but we will be coming back when we are in the area!

I had some food delivered from this place, none of the toppings I ordered, were included on the actual food, just the receipt. When I go into the place it’s just one dude working, the wait is ridiculous and the food is atrocious.

This is the dirtiest QDOBA I’ve ever seen. We threw the food away after one bite of crunchy rice in my rice bowl. No straws, napkins or forks were out and the tea was empty. Trash was on the floors along with dirty tables and we were the only customers there with a staff of 5! Lazy employees standing around instead of taking orders, I wish we would have left instead of tossing $27 out the door!

I literally ordered probably the easiest burrito and it got messed up. How does this happen when they put a label on the burrito of what is supposed to be on it and a label on the bag of what is supposed to be on the burritos as well? I literally got chicken, queso, brown rice and lettuce and somehow fajita veggies and onions ended up on it.

Who actually thought it is a good idea to replace straws with “straw-free lids?” Good way to get me to take my business to Chipotle, lousy way to serve the customer. Also opens late, staff unfriendly. Good place to avoid.
