Previously ordered a pizza last week and I was highly disappointed in the overall everything, but the manager reach out to me and apologized for any inconvenience and offered to make it right. Glad I took them up in the offer because they did it right, looked delicious, was cut perfectly and was very pleased at how nice the manager and young lady working the register were and apologized for something that was not there mess up at all.

After being told to wait 10 mins for a Classic Pepperoni & Italian Cheese bread I was not pleased with the outcome! We actually waited 28 minutes for this!! An uncut pizza w/ so much marinara sauce AND burnt bread! We waited in the drive thru about 5 minutes before they asked me to park —this is the set up for a longer wait apparently— I waited for 23 more minutes- when she brung out the food she forgot the marinara sauce ♀️ She went back to get it & I only peeped at the bread. Boy when I got home I was heated due to the fact they closed at 10pm & it was 9:59! I will NOT go to this location again, I honestly prefer the Liberty St. location bc they always get it right. I only went to this location b/c I was leaving the Walmart nearby ♀️ Never again

So I hadn’t had Little Caesars in a few years but I recently saw the extra thin pizza commercial and thought I had to try it. I have to say I was really impressed. The thin crust was pretty good and so was the cheese bread. It wasn’t amazing enough to become my new default pizza place but it was definitely good enough to make me want to go back. The customer service was good, and the hot and ready lived up to its name because I got it right after paying. The location isn’t bad, it’s definitely the easiest part of Sam’s circle to get in and out of but I do wish it was in a different spot.

On 1/6/23 at 5:37 pm, I made a order online. My order number was #247. I ordered 2 crazy breads, 1 pepperoni pizza, 1 Hawaiian pizza, 1 pepperoni cheese bread, and 1 stuffed crazy bread. My total was $39.15. I waited over 1 hour and my order still said it was not ready yet. When I went to pick it up, the employee gave me the wrong food (which I checked outside at my vehicle). I went back inside and told them it was not my order. They took that pizza from me and gave it directly to someone in the drive thru and then told me that they gave my order to someone else. I asked for my money back but they said they could remake my order and wait 45 more minutes for it to be done but they could not give me my money back. I have tried contacting them 3 times with no help. I tried to get my money back and still have not received a refund. They have not got back in contact with me about a resolution for the problem either.

So they had this little girl in there I wouldn’t say she’s no older then 11 so when I walked in there she’s mean mugging me and I mind you I ain’t say anything to her and she just start mean mugging me and I ain’t about to take that so I mean mug back and then I place my order then get out of there then I come back in there and she’s pouring pizza sauce into little cups then her hands look dirty and she was also mean mugging me when she was doing that and then don’t you have to a have a permit to work and I also think that’s child labor working a child with no permit.

I came and got two classic pep. Board says 5.99 get to the window and they was 6.50 asked and the girl said o the owner hasnt changed the board. Get my receipt and she charged me also a 30€ atm fee like what in the qorld. Yall just lost a customer

Ordered online. Got Slices and Stix, which were fine. Also got a classic pepperoni and an extra most bestest pepperoni. It’s so worth it to get the extra most bestest for the additional dollar. The classic had a large amount of surface area that had no cheese at all. This location’s crazy bread could use a little more butter, parmesan, and garlic, but otherwise, it is okay. We didn’t wait too long from the time we arrived. The order was accurate and hot. It’s a good place for cheap pizza.

Preordered via phone app 3 lunch special pizza combos. When I pulled into the parking lot I received an email telling me that my order was ready. I waited about 10 mins in the drive thru. Appears as if the person in front of me ordered at the window and the staff just let them sit there, this stopping anyone else from being able to pick up their order until that customer is done, but I digress. Once at the window, the gentleman made contact with me, retrieved my order and asked about the drinks. I told him the drink order and gave me 2 of the 3 ordered drinks and stated he had to go get the 3rd drink. I sat there for about 8 more mins waiting. I knocked on the window, the gentleman returned and said “oh” and left again. About 3 more mins go by and the gentleman returns and says “can you pull around back, one of your pizzas is burned and we have to redo it”. I explained that I had already received my pizzas that I just needed the last drink. He then went and retrieved the last drink.
