Didn’t even get our food. Ordered plenty ahead of time. Driver went and delivered to the wrong place and didn’t even bother to call about not having the right place, then store manager decided they’d rather Doordash a remake which they said would be over an hour and a half so by the time we got it it would be 1 in the morning.

First time trying Papa Johns and it was not good. I ordered the thin pizza with extra cheese and it was tasteless and not worth thr price. The crust tasted like a thin cracker. Frozen pizza in the grocery store is much better than this stuff. The only reason it’s getting 2 stars is because the brownie was okay and the staff was nice. Won’t be going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have ordered from this location so many times. I’m a very loyal customer, that orders almost every week. Today they decided to cancel my order an hour after I had placed it. They sent me an email to let me know that they did this, and did not provide any reason why. I’m extremely frustrated. So when I try to call the location to figure out why they canceled it, they never pick up the phone. I understand being short staffed, but this is unacceptable for any commercial business. I will be ordering my pizza from anywhere else but here. Don’t waste your time!!!

Was shocked to see they only have a 2 star rating. We have ordered from here several times and have always had a decent experience, but last night we came to pick up on our own door dash order and dealt with an employee by the name of Precious. This young man provided exceptional service. He was polite, great personality, and had excellent manners. More businesses need employees like him. We have ordered from this Papa Johns religiously the last four years. Here in the last 6 months we have received more incorrect and incomplete orders than ever. Tonight we waited for over two hours for our delivery just to find that they missed one of our pizzas. After multiple tries, no one would pick up the phone at the store, so we drove to the location. The girl working told us they didn’t have time to make it and didn’t have time to call. She gave us a copy of the receipt that was still over charging us and would not give a refund. This place has gone very much down hill. I understand they are short staffed, everyone is, but that doesn’t excuse bad service.

Ordered a pizza at 7:15 pm, app said 33 minutes for delivery. Pizza showed it left the shop at 7:40. We live 5 minutes max from shop. Pizza showed up at 8:30 and we refused a cold pizza. In the mean time we ordered another pizza for pickup but the driver told us the app is always wrong and to plan an hour and a half for an order. Called shop to cancel pizza because we did not want to wait an hour and a half, sat on hold 20 minutes, finally talked to someone who said the pizza was ready. A couple minutes later she said it was almost ready to come out of the oven. Then got nasty with me about how busy and understaffed they are and we had no right to cancel our order. I have supported this location from the day they opened, through new ownership and through the pandemic and never ever been treated so poorly. They’ve lost one customer who was a regular due to poor service. If Papa Johns app cannot give accurate information how am I to know when I really will get my order? Went elsewhere and had a pizza that we like just as well in 15 minutes.
