This was a really nice spot with delicious food! Loved the eggs Benedict, the veggie burger and the fries. Staff was super friendly as well. They have a nice selection of cocktails and a full bar. Would visit again and highly recommend!

Burger w green side salad or fries $21 plus tax & tip BUT it was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. Medium-well was perfect too; not burnt but well cooked. Costly but GREAT burger & my server (Dani or Danny) was exceptionally kind & efficient and let me eat in peace. Try it. It’s that good. Very well managed; excellent hostess too.

The ambience is in a word – crowded. I couldn’t really hear the server at all over the speakers and other guests. The food was okay, no complaints.

My review is for the Kitchen Step at Terminal A in Newark Airport – go all the way to the end of the terminal — it’s worth the walk!

Overall great! We got the goat cheese chopped salad and burger w fries. Wine and drink prices should come down a notch imo. Otherwise very good.

The Kitchen Step is a cute brunch spot! The decor and atmosphere is posh. The costs are inflated for the area and service you receive. Over all cute brunch, unlikely to try it again, since there’s other locations with similar offerings.

Cute small place In jersey city with amazing Vegetarian options Available. I ordered eggs Benedict and a side of bacon. Their brunch cocktails are good and Bloody Mary was spicy. Must try zucchini fries. The service is excellent. Reservations are preferred but we walked in and were lucky to get a table asap.

I really wanted to love this place, but really couldn’t. Everything was just slightly off in execution. If I had to make a guess, the executive chef is really good, but the line chef prepping the meal that day really wasn’t. Like the balance of flavor profile was just slightly off and texture of everything was just a little off (eg fish over cooked). Will try again in hopes that the execution improved, but seems like such a shame to have a wonder menu get ruined through poor execution.

A friend and I came in during an off-time, around 5pm, when it was nearly completely empty with about 50 open tables outside. Host told us to sit wherever; we chose one of the few tables in the shade; he asked us to please not take a four-person table in case of other guests. This forced us to sit directly next to the only other folks at the restaurant. Kind of annoying. Food was good but the portions were small for the price. Overall weird vibe.
