Spacing between tables are enough. Atmosphere is calm. The thing that i got annoyed with service is they dont make use of the screen to show what number is being served. They just place the order on the table without saying a word and then when you ask them, they play deaf until you shout. Ample parking space. Not a play place

Visited this store around 11pm Monday night (they close at midnight). Ordered aQPC (an item that is supposed to be made fresh to order) and was told they were not making anymore tonight. I’m still trying to figure out why your grill is shut down an hour before closing and all you make is burgers. Instead I ordered two double cheeseburgers with extra pickles. I ended up with two double cheeseburgers with a jar of pickles between them. There were more pickles on these sandwiches than all of the other ingredients combined. Extra pickles should not feel like an assault. It’s really sad that I have to leave town in order to find decent food and service instead of being able to visit local spots in my own town. It’s crazy nowadays how you have to wait forever to be served, stay pleasant and order with a positive attitude only to receive poor service in the end. If you’re at work you have a job to do. It’s that simple.

I am gluten sensitive and am a pain. But their voicemail box has been full x 2 days! Yesterday shorted me a hash brown. They made up for it today. But instead of giving me an egg McMuffin no muffin. They gave me a plain muffin! Asked them as they gave me the order. There’s no muffin, right? Assured me no. Done! I work through lunch and this really sucks! I stop nearly every day. Nope. No more! Frustrating!

Since moving to the area we have visited this location 4 times. The orders each time have at least 1 item missing or incorrect. 3 of the 4 visits our order is packed and set aside. Never called, or given to us. Tonight was by far the most unprofessional I’ve seen and the store wasn’t even very busy. Order was bagged, moved to a blocked counter, 2 team members noticed it after 15minutes made a “oh whoops” like reaction but yet instead of giving it to me or telling anyone just went back to ignoring it. After expressing my discontent in a calm kind manner there was no apology from anyone. After getting home noticed a kids meal was missing it’s drink, so to finish it all off with a heartbroken 4 year old with no chocolate milk. No intent to return. Will not recommend.

Traveling with a sick kid and needed a quick bite, so we decided to stop at McDonald’s only to have the worst experience at a McDonald’s ever. A failed trip through the drive thru (no service, no communication and a bunch of angry cars honking) and three trips inside before we finally got *most* of our order, served COLD. Little to no concern or care by staff. Seating area was a disaster. Unacceptable. Get your s*** in order.

It is TOO early for all of this!! They just practically stole from me! The drive through worker put my order in wrong and I didn’t notice until I paid and looked in the bag. I wanted what I ordered so I went back around. The manager took the food back and said she would correct the issue so I was expecting a refund, she asked for my card and the food back so I handed both back. SHE CHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER SANDWICH ON TOP OF THE TWO I ALREADY PAID FOR WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW FIRST! Then said “I don’t want your money, do you understand. You would have paid more for the other two sandwiches” The difference would have been about 1.27! I WOULD HAVE PAID THAT! Now I’m out of 17.63 instead of 12.60 (5.13 difference) because the manager thought she was doing me a favor! I am not happy! This has never happened before and I’m actually disgusted with this service.
