Chicken sandwich and onion rings were cold. Mayo looked and tasted like it had been sitting at room temperature for too long. Bun was way too small to cover sandwich. What a waste of $10. Threw in the trash immediately. Never going to burger King again. Went around 3:00 P.M on Wednesday August 9th 2023. Whoever is working this shift should be disciplined or terminated.

Two vehicles were in the drive through… Made more order and pulled up… After paying they asked me to pull forward… I did… Then the next vehicle paid and again they asked me and the other car to pull forward so that no vehicle was in front of the window… Why might you ask… No one else was inline… Why make the cars pull forward… Wait time… This burger king is trying to make wait times lower artificially at the expense of customers… Major fail… Will never visit this location again and after waiting 5 mins and moving forward twice… I got a refund and left

The employees are terrible!!! They stared at me thru the closed drive thru window after they ignored me at the drive thru and then proceeded to tell me they were not going to help me because their clock said it was 1am……it was 11:46. BK was the only place open when I got off work that evening and they were too lazy to help me. Thanks BK really professional! NOT

12/21/22, Food is good, the BK app provides a lot of value. This place is clean and in order. My issue this visit was the very unenjoyable and unnecessarily loud talk and banter of one of the male employees. I visit here often, and have seen him time to time… very professional, knowledge of menu, and great at up-selling. But today, myself and the other customers did not need to hear him “bashing” other employees, taunting them, and all in a way too loud voice. I like this place, would regulalry give it 5 stars.. yet I hope a supervisor can have a conversation with this very capable young man, to help raise the professionalism of the entire team and the enjoyment of dining there as customers.
