Ordered veggie burrito bowl, placed the order online while standing in line because I had credit online. When I placed the order, it said that the order is ready. When I asked if the food was made with “fresh gloves” because I am vegetarian by religion, they said they don’t know and if “you want special instructions, you have to come in person.” I told them I was standing in line, they argued so much just because they did not want to accommodate religious request. Imagine a muslim asking for certain meet and they put pork instead of requested meat. These guys have no respect for customers or their religion. The workers here are insult to Chipotle franchise. The person who I spoke to was Amanda… she threw out my food, yelled at me, and kept ignoring me for at least 15 minutes. When I didn’t leave, she confronted me again. I proceeded to ask the manager name, but the guy in the front literally ran to employees area in the back and left the cash register so he could evade giving me the name of manager.

This location really went downhill. I have ordered from here ever since the location opened and have always enjoyed their food. However, lately the staff has been putting in minimal effort into the service. The tacos pictured were supposed to have lettuce, salsa, and sour cream on them but we just got meat and cheese. I have also stopped ordering guac because the last (3) times I ordered the guac is brown and tasteless, which should not be the case considering how it is $2-3 extra. Also it is impossible to get in touch with the restaurant, I tried to get in touch with them after an issue with my delivery and I could not get anyone on the phone. Definitely disappointed with the declining service.

The food is garbage. I ordered online. Whatever you order is always wrong and they give you bad guacamole every time. The chips were even stale. Thank you for wasting my money for the last time. I wasn’t even given a confirmation email or number for my order, so I’m sure I won’t be refunded. Phone doesn’t even ring when you call it.

I went today to get a meal and i’m a vegetarian. I got sofritas as i usually do and for some reason i found chunks of steak in my bowl and in my queso. this is literally disgusting and not the first time this has happened at this location. the guy at the counter wouldn’t let me scan my rewards and now i can’t even complain to chipotle. if i could give this place 0 stars i would service is awful and they were inconsiderate of my diet needs.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Was in the area and needed a quick meal. The bowl came with white rice was was crunchy and hard because it wasn’t cooked all the way. And the guac was completely brown and disgusting. Portions are extremely small too. Thankful my local chipotle is nothing like this.

I went to pick up a burrito bowl I ordered online for my daughter in the hospital. It was not yet ready 10 minuyes past when it should have been, so I ordered another one for myself while they got their act together. They had no fajita vegetables, sour cream or guacamole left, so I got what I could and they put it in the bag with what I’d ordered online. I get back to the hospital and my daughter’s order didn’t have the steak she ordered, or any meat at all, just the rice, salad & tomatoes. It also did not have the guac or sour cream she’d asked for. They did charge me for everything, that much they got right. I’m going back tomorrow to emphasize their need to stop the side conversations amongst each other and focus on what they get paid to do. The place was a mess and, who appeared to be the manager, looked like he just wanted to get home to his Mommy. Chipotle is a mismanaged, bloated corporation that does not care about quality or their customers.

I ordered 2 simple burrito white rice chicken sour cream queso and cheese I spent about $30 dollars on those and as a costumer I expect a good portion of food instead they gave me a little tiny burrito It’s not even worth paying 30 dollars when they give food that can be worth 10 I work in a restaurant too and Ik it can be annoying receiving orders when they’re about to close but come on your not working for free so you have to earn your money. very disappointed and I don’t recommend this anymore.

Unfortunately did not have a good meal. The rice was undercooked with big pieces of parsley, the guacamole was getting brown, they were out of chips, and the fountain machines weren’t working. This location needs to be managed better
