I’m so upset that nothing has changed. This location especially has been going downhill for 3-4 years. I haven’t ordered in a year or so but tried to give it another chance only for my order to not be complete yet again and missing add ons. At least this time it was timely instead of waiting an hour and a half.

The delivery person couldn’t even deliver the food to the correct side of the building. So the person just left it outside and drove away. Call store they said will send out another sandwich but on their time. I’M a truck driver and they I have all the time to wait for their screw up…..This is unacceptable.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this location with no issues. But this last time really sent me. I ordered for delivery which is supposed to be freaky fast right? Well 30 minutes went by and nothing so I called to check on the order. Was told they are busy and it shouldn’t be too much longer. It ended up being over an hour before it was delivered. And when it finally came, they dropped it on my porch and didn’t even bother to knock or ring the door bell to notify me. Also, let me add that I put a tip down when I ordered of 30% and they didn’t tell me that they were busy/backed up. I would have just appreciated them being upfront about how long it would be. The people I ordered the food for ended up having to leave before it even got there. Really ruined my whole day and that could have been avoided by simply just saying from the beginning that it would be a while for delivery.

I placed an online order for delivery around 4:16pm, got a message saying out for delivery, awesome oh was I wrong. After about 45 minutes I called the store and asked where my delivery was, they assured me it was delivered, weird, my ring camera never went off looked at the footage and sure enough no one had dropped anything off. They said we’d remake it and have it delivered again and offered store credit. I said fine, guess what still no sandwich.

I was out of there delivery area so I drove there,, I had a great Sub sandwich in a nice clean soundings with very polite staff and a supervise that went out of his way over the top to make my lunch experience GREAT! My sub was of good size, fresh and taste wonderful made just the way I asked for.. I will be back for lunch again real soon..THANK you all at Jimmy Johns !

A place that you don’t want to go and spend your money… Last Sunday I went to buy some sandwiches at 5:30 pm and only 2 employees were there. one was taking an order over the phone and the other one was sleeping on one of the tables scratching his head. finally after 2 minutes he got up and ask me what can I get you and didn’t know what was on the sandwiches…

I wanted to give this location a few chances before writing a bad review but today I felt the need to write a review. I have had orders take a while in the past. But I ordered from here today. The order was confirmed at 3:11pm, it is now 4:28pm and I still have not yet received my order. When I called for an update, they just told me it should be delivered soon. That was 10 minutes ago. Usually I try to be understanding with delivery but over an hour is ridiculous. Especially when the location is 5 minutes from my work. I order from Jimmy Johns so have my order come quicker than most places.

I order from this location quite frequently. Usually, I have zero issues. However, some of the delivery drivers don’t want to take the extra step to either ring the doorbell or knock on the door to let me know the order is there. For instance, I order $30 worth of food today, and one of my drinks was missing which could have been avoided had the driver knocked or rang the door bell. I called the store immediately after noticing the food had been delivered, I was assured they’d have the driver bring it back and that has yet to happen. Needless to say, I am disappointed in my experience today when generally I have zero complaints about this location.

This place has gone downhill recently. I understand that there is a staffing issue and finding delivery drivers is hard, so I don’t mind waiting a little more time than normal to get my food. Before, I’ve even had someone from the store call and inform me the delay was due to being short with delivery drivers that shift, and that communication was enough to satisfy me with waiting ~30 minutes for that order. Today, however, I’m just disappointed. I ordered my food at 12:15, the order was confirmed at 12:18, and now it is 1:26 and the driver essentially tossed it on my porch and left. I’m unsure if there’s a solution with limiting the number of orders accepted, but it is frustrating to order one sandwich and pay a delivery fee on food that took ~65 minutes to arrive when the location is one mile from my house.
