Man oh man let me tell you how excited that we finally get a Jersey Mike’s in the area! I’ve had Jersey Mike’s all over the USA! It’s my all time favorite! It never fails when I go into the Vienna store that’s always busy they still are making up the subs with a smile!! Awesome crew you got! Y’all rock! And when I tell them to pile my onions three inches tall they don’t flinch at all!!! Thank you for being so awesome!! From the onion number four gal!!!

It’s simple, really. Focus on your core competency which is sandwiches. Get quality meat, and good bread, and some popular toppings. Limiting options help you FOCUS. Jersey Mike’s does things right in many ways. In contrast, Subway does things wrong in many ways. Support quality.

My first visit. Not impressed.Teenage workers more interested in chatting hugging and getting their break drinks than providing quality customer service.Girl with blonde pony tail was short and rude with her responses to my questions. More employees (about 8) than customers. People came and went and I was told my order was ” messed up” No further explanation. Also one sub was not hot as ordered. The manager was interviewing people right in the middle of the dining room, right by the door where everyone could hear.I felt very bad for these folks having no privacy! Very unprofessional!

Can’t get an order right multiple times. Drive all the way home 30 mintues… This place cost way to much for subs… I even tip on pickup orders. Make my own subs at home moving forward.

This was my first time at jersey Mike’s, and I have to say it was the experience, that I’ve had in a restaurant. The atmosphere was so joyful and pleasant. The staff was so courteous. The place was so clean. The food was most tasty. I live at 30 to 40 minutes away, and I would drive back to eat there. You want a great sandwich full of ingredients, this is the place.

This place does not accept large bills due to the employees are in capable of checking for counterfeit money. This sign is not posted on door like the district manager Ted I spoke to informed me it should be. The employyee at the register nformed me I go break my $100 bill next door to hobby lobby if I wanted my already ordered subs. I’m was a regular customer as we just ordered subs yesterday for my whole office that ee do at least once a month. After seeing first hand the quality of employees the incompetent manager to handle a customer situation I won’t be back as I don’t appreciate business that are trying to get rid of currency. I will say the district Manger Ted was outstanding at customer service and knows his job well. It’s a shame he can’t get some decent management to help train quality employees to look for counterfeit money or keep a better kept store. The floors were filthy as was the glass in front the ordering area. I have rated restaurants in almost all 50 states even thru covid never had currency issues or given a bad review. With all the sub shops in the area you would think a franchise would strive to do better so they don’t end up out of business like so many that has come and gone under in out area.
