Came in at lunchtime. Most of the sandwich places I’ve been to will make your sub while you watch, Asking what you want and don’t want on it. I saw in the menu that the sub I ordered came with onion so I asked to not have any. I end up with a sub full of lettuce. You can’t see the person making your sub so you have no control. I trusted that it would only come with what is on the menu. It came out full of lettuce. I asked the lady to make one without and she stated that I didn’t ask not to have it. I explained that it isn’t listed on the menu so I didn’t know. This staff member may have been having a bad day. She certainly treated me as if she was. The sub was just ok. 2 stars for how clean and cool the building is but I won’t be back.

The order took an hour to arrive and was missing the drink. When I called there wasn’t even an apology instead were 2 options bringing the drink when they have time or issuing a credit. For the manager: you have hands to hold the phone yourself and act like a professional instead of telling your worker what to tell me.

Do not order delivery from Jimmy Johns at this location. They had improved their service for a while and now have reverted back to bad service. 90 minutes after I ordered and about 60 minutes after it went out for delivery the sandwich showed up warm. Why would I pay for a sandwich that is no longer cold and has been out from the shop for an hour? I called to complain and the worker hung up on me. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took 1 hour and 8 min to be delivered. I called 40 min after I placed my order to see if I was overlooked and was very rudely told that I haven’t been waiting that long and it will arrive when it arrives. Serious lack of professionalism on the phone and horribly slow delivery. BTW I work only 3 blocks away from their shop. Delivery driver was nice though, that was the only good thing about this order.

Didn’t open till 10:30 but the sweet, kind lady named Erica went on and helped me out. Forgot they do not serve hot, only cold cuts but she told me the number 9 Italian night club was popular.. so I took her up on the offer. she got it done quick and also hooked me up with some jalapenos on it as well. I would give this place a 10/10 on great customer service, 10/10 on freshness, 10/10 and store being clean.. I’ll be coming back in the future..
