Holy smokes. What a disaster of a store. I waited over 2 hours for my order. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, 30 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive, I called a dozen times only getting a busy tone. Finally it rang and it went to the Kendall store which was assisting in taking orders and could not give me ANY information about this store. Not even store manager name. They transferred me to the store and a girl would come on the line every 5 minutes just to quickly say “One moment please” and without waiting for an answer I would just be placed on hold. This happened until 25 minutes later that they just hung up the phone. I called again and got a hold of the Kendall store. They could not give me ANY info even when I asked for the name of the Kendall manager.

The employees don’t speak good English and they don’t know how to do a credit or debit card transaction. They were so puzzled over the phone. They need customer service and business transaction skills. And an employee that can speak English would be helpful.

I don’t know we’re to begin to describe the outstanding experience I was delightfully blessed to have. Take my advise don’t believe everything you read. I was so hesitant to do business with this Pizza Hut due to the negative reviews, oh not only was I guaranteed to receive my order as requested, on time, and fresh. Well let me tell you the manager Colette and the baddest Pizza Queen Marty super exceeded my expectations. I ordered 10 Pizzas, not only were they made with perfection, they were also made with lots of love it doesn’t get any better than that. I could not have been happier. I may have spelled the manager name incorrectly Colette because I can’t find her business card. But if you speak to her on the phone her professionalism and mannerism will win you over, because every response is yes ma’am and no ma’am, I had to thank her in person, her warm smile and extremely friendly staff a job well done thanks a million God Bless. Far to many times we take the effort to leave negative comments but it seem to to too much work to compliment thanks again.

I am current sitting in here waiting for my pizza. The young lady told me it would take 10 mins, that was 20 minutes ago, and I placed in my order at 6:45. People have come in after me complaining about them putting in orders at 6:50 and 6:55 and are getting their incorrect orders before me. I only had a calzone. Ridiculous. The purpose of calling in advance is to avoid having to wait. I guess I should of done delivery but considering the complaints about delivery I would say staying away from here all together is the best option.

My order never arrives. I was at the showerand when I came out, I had 1 missed call, the driver called but never knock the door Because my husband was at the living room and he could open the door. I don’t know what type of service is this if you have to answer the phone right away, it was only 1 missed call with no answer and the driver just left with no intention on knock the door even knowing that it’s the first floor and it’s really easy to approach at the door or find the apartment. Then I called to the store and they said that they will refund me the money in approx 7 business days, not even asking if I want the delivery again or anything. I won’t be ordering again to this store. The worst part of this, it was that I returned the call like 4 min later of the missed call, and the driver just drop the Call as nothing. Really bad service please
