Food was great, games were pretty good, but the employees seemed a little young and inexperienced. It seemed like they had plenty of people working, but only had one person working where you redeem tickets for prizes. While 2 or 3 stood by and watched. Also they just didn’t seem too happy to work there. But everyone seemed to have a great time.!

This is a food/price review. If you have any food restrictions. There aren’t many options. I got the smallest order of boneless wings because the price for the small is $15.99. I ordered half bbq and half plain. What I received were 4 plain pieces of soft almost soggy 4 pieces of soggy bbq nuggets. All pieces were about the size of a Wendy’s chicken nugget. So I paid $15.99 for an 8 piece nugget. When I spoke to a member of management I was told it goes by weight and not count. I asked if that looked correct because of how little food was on the dish and he said well I can’t answer that as I’m not the kitchen manager sorry. Then he shrugged his shoulders and went back into the back. Our kids enjoyed the games, but food and service were definitely a disappointment.

Brought my daughter to Chuck E. Cheese for her 7th birthday party . We had the best service ever with Mackenzie McMain, she made sure my daughter felt special and kept checking in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. She was outstanding. She is super sweet and she was very sufficient at letting us know pizza times and cake time. I did not do any extra work as a parent. I had no stress I felt relaxed and could enjoy the service of having a great party coordinator. I was able to play with my kids the whole time. Mackenzie McMain is the best. I would ask for her time and time again. ☺️ If you read this, thank you Mackenzie McMain for making my daughter’s birthday party the best party yet.

Update: I did reply to the message left for me. They apologized and wanted to send me play points and tickets. That was awesome….except that when I recieved the play points and tickets they wanted me to take the letter I recieved from them, with my name & address, stating that there was an issue they( the owner) spoke directly to them about, to the manager to recieve the play points. Ummm, no thanks. I dont know those people or what type of temperment they may have. Would my food be tainted? Who knows? Id rather be able to go in, unannounced, and see if things really did change…. not just because they have a letter identifying who to do better in front of. I may still visit this location bc as I stated in my review, we had a great day, the food was good and the staff we did talk to were very friendly.
