I’ve ordered from this location a few times over the last few months and haven’t experienced any of the issues some of the other reviewers have mentioned. Pizzas are crispy, but not burnt. Toppings are correct and the extra sauce I order is always on the pie.

I placed an order @6:24 pm and my order was just put for quality check @9:25pm- my tracker said 67-77min for delivery, not 3 hours- called the store spoke with Matthew who said he is the manager of a manager and there is no other manager and a manager above him by the name of “handy or Andy” is out until 9/30/23 and nobody would be in the store to assist until then. I tried to explain to him I placed an order 3hours ago and it has not been sent out yet. He said he can not refund or credit my card for a pizza that I haven’t received yet. Matthew is very rude and unprofessional, he answered the phone “hello” and kept talking over me and saying “okay” as a store he is not a good customer service representative that is the face of the store.

Worst domino’s ever. Staff werent knowledgeable of any specials, they dont honor coupons. Cashier said 30 mins when ordered in store. Been here 45 going to be another 20. Hasn’t even been put in the oven yet. I didn’t notice before I entered but looks like they haven’t cleaned in the back for Weeks from my seat here waiting. Next time I’ll just go to parkland.

Almost everytime I order at night they either overcook or burn my pizzas and parmesan bites. There’s proof of my family’s dinner tonight. Horrible!! Rude staff. At least the ones that were on the phone with me. The manager hung up on me! Awesome customer service NOT!! I hope this helps you make up your mind about ordering from this location.

Don’t order from this location. Pizza had barely any sauce on it despite I ordered it with extra sauce. Called the store to complain and they not only refused to do anything but they hung up on me. There is no customer service here.

Normally it’s good and the pizza is delicious but this time it was gross! Way to over cooked, burnt, barely any sauce.. my daughter thought that something was wrong with the cheese so she wouldn’t even eat it. Air bubbles took over a couple pieces. Surly wasn’t even worth the $23.

The food and pasta is absolutely disgusting. I continuously have issues with not having enough sauce on pasta and the noodle being completely dried out ( like dehydrated). Lots of time to pizzas are over cooked or don’t have enough cheese or burnt. When you call to complain to the store, Brandon specifically and many other employees are extremely rude to you and tell you that you need to return pasta in order to have it replaced as if your lying about the food. Especially, when they don’t quality check it like they should before they send it out of the store. When they created it wrong in the first place it’s absolutely disgusting. When they don’t like it that you correct them on it they hang up on you. I called back and they refused to give me the corporate number. I would never shop here again their food is disgusting and they don’t care about quality checks nor their customers. I have giving them many chances to make things right on many orders. I wouldn’t order from this location if I were you.
