Sage Bistro is a casual, fine dining restaurant. We are a scratch kitchen. Everything is made in house, except our bread. We even make our own pasta! And our fish is only wild caught. Our family owned and run bistro creates a comfortable, relaxed environment for our guests and friends.

Wonderful place. Hostess and wait staff both very friendly. Food was truly delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary while on vacation in Cape Canaveral and couldn’t have picked a better place. Really charming and cozy local place. If we are ever in the area again, would definitely go back.

Awesome service, nice atmosphere inside. Went for Mother’s Day. Food was made from scratch. 4 dishes: pork chop was a little chewy, alfredo was overwhelmed with bacon, shrimp pesto had 6 jumbo shrimp just wish I didn’t have to remove tails and pot pie quite spicy. Desserts were great.

After selecting Sage Bistro for a celebration dinner, I was slightly disappointed with the service as the wait time from being served the appetizer to going over the specials was about 15 minutes due to the kitchen being backed up with less than half the restaurant having customers. I ordered the yellow fin tuna with jasmine rice and Asian style vegetables. The rice was slightly undercooked and the tuna was ok. The best part of the meal was the Asian style vegetables. My wife ordered the grilled pork chop and she enjoyed it. We have enjoyed dining at Sage Bistro and we will try them again.

Excellent service and overall very good food. We went with another couple for the first time and odered the Scallops Toppa special and the Muscles in a Thai sweet sauce. You got four scallops on the plate, but we all felt they were way too salty to enjoy. The muscles on the other hand were amazing. The seasoning was perfect and the Thai style curry was delicious. We ordered extra freshly baked bread to sop up all that goodness. Two of us ordered the Lobster pot pie, one got the special Cajun pot pie with shrimp, scallops and andui sausage. He liked it. My pot lobster pot pie was excellent with large chunks of lobster in nearly every forkfull. The other one at our table had very little lobster unfortunately. But management came out after we mentioned it and offered another dish or to remove it off the check. So all was good in the end. My wife got the Catch of the day, Halibut. It was nicely seared with a crisp outside and tender and flaky inside. A great dish served over rice. We had the option of salad or soup as an upgrade. The salads were excellent with their homemade dressings . I opted for the soup which was tomatoe with spinich. It was nice and thick, but way too salty for my and my wife’s taste . Not worth the $3 upcharge in our opinion. We finished with two desserts, the apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and the PB and J cheesecake bites dipped in dark chocolate. Both were very good. The service was super friendly and accommodating. Be sure to reserve a table as they book up quickly.

What a great service, amazing atmosphere and quality of food. If you are lucky and the chef has the mushroom-Chardonnay soup on the menu, take it. It is one of those things where you cannot help to call out to the creator several times during your tastings of the dish.

Book your Reservation Now. I was so glad I made a reservation for Sage Bistro. This scratch kitchen is phenomenal. We had such a hard time choosing what dishes to get, and loved all the tapas dishes we tried. We booked for the next available opening before we left the restaurant. When we travel, we usually don’t go to the same restaurant twice as we love trying new places. But we were so impressed with the first night’s specials we had to return and try more of their creations. The service was also top notch, highly recommend.
