I went inside to eat around 9:10pm on Saturday night – they close at 10pm… there were some orders being taken to people’s cars via online ordering and inside was one guy who had already ordered and gotten his food but he was standing there talking to some employees. I stood alone waiting to order for a food 5-7 minutes… pretty much every employee working there made eye contact with me and never said a word… no “can I help you” or “it’ll be just a minute”… they did however chat with the guy who had already eaten… after a couple employees walked past me and offered no help I decided to leave… my first time trying a Zaxby’s and I’ll never go back… if you aren’t a “local” I don’t think they want you in their restaurant

This might be the slowest Zaxby’s I have ever been to. Doesn’t matter what time of the day you go, it ALWAYS takes no less than 20 minutes to get your food. In the past 2 months I’ve probably visited 3 times. Every single experience has been exactly the same. I wouldn’t have cared enough to write a review if this was normal at all Zaxby’s, but this is really the only one around that’s ran like a McDonalds.

Me and my mom want some zaxby’s chicken and it was around 9:00 PM that we wanted some anyways we pulled up to the menu to order and the lady that was taken our orders was not talking loud enough to hear and also didn’t want to listen to us when we told her we wanted 2 orders of the (boneless chicken wings with no sauce on them) she try to say we can’t have 2 orders only 1 and my mom told her we want 2 separate orders anyways we pulled up after we finally got her to hear us and it took forever there was a long line already and a lot of people waiting for their orders when we got to the window the lady that was taking our order I guess had to get a manager to take care of it because it was wrong and I video record most of the conversation and it shows that they had masks on and gloves but the bad part is is one of the managers I think in red had a glove on and itched her head when she still had the glove on and she kept it on the whole time while I was recording she started to get drinks ready for the next order I guess but she was touching things after she touched herself with that same glove touched her hair I don’t think that’s very sanitary but at least we got our orders right and yes the food is good sometimes when they make it right just thought I would let people know maybe they need to do a course on food and health safety with everyone in there just to make sure that they know what to do next time. Oh and I can’t upload a video that is larger than 30 seconds so I guess I won’t be able to show that the woman in the red shirt was doing what I said but it’s ok I will send it to the corporate office so they know to do something about it. I found a way to show a little for who ever wants to see what I was talking about.

I’m tired of paying for food that I’m waiting to eat and never get what I actually order. If I ask for extra cheese then give me extra cheese. I wanted fried chicken and got grilled chicken. It happens so much, no one actually read what the cashiers ring up or the cashier doesn’t ring it up correctly.

I wouldn’t go back to Zaxby’s in Batesville, Mississippi if the food was free. My tenders were nasty, and the service was terrible. The guy even slammed the window in my mom’s face after she asked about a charge on our ticket.

Go here all the time and have never had any issues. Food’s always good and fast to get to me. Employees are nice and accommodating. Would recommend this Zaxby’s if you’re in the area and need a quick, good bite to eat.
