Was really wanting a fresh burrito so decided to stop here. It was a little after 4pm so I figured it would be quick. There were literally about 6-7 employees behind the counter but seemed like a bunch of walking in circles. It was well after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush so I was surprised to see a countertop overpacked with dirty dishes (see pictures). The whole time I was there not one dish was washed or even one rack of dirty dishes cleaned in the sink or dish washer. They just kept adding to the stack with more dirty dishes. When I did try to order they had no white rice or sautéed veggies. Barbacoa was almost out so the little bit I did get was extremely runny from sitting in the juice. She also didn’t do a good job of letting the beans drain because when she put them on the tortilla bean juice was everywhere which in the long run cause my burrito to fall apart while eating. Cashier handed me my cup with her fingers on the rim of the cup and gripping inside of the cup as well. Needs to be taught to grab the cup from the bottom. Won’t be returning. Also while I was eating three online orders came in to pickup their food. Not one of the online orders was ready. I finished eating and left before any of the online orders were taken care of.

I had made a pick up order, and had my mother pick up my order, their first mistake was they forgot the steak. I brushed it off thinking maybe they’re out, since the order was made at around 11:30pm. While I was half way eating my food I wasn’t aware that there was a small bug. I have really bad eyesight so it didn’t catch my eye till I turned on my light at home to see if that was something. There it was, I was horrified and wanted to throw up. I first wasted money on steak I didn’t get, and to top that I got a small bug in my food. I am really mad I can’t get my money back. Thank you to Chipotle for now ruining me forever eating out.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at. The chips are stale more than not & not just a few or a little stale, they’re days old stale. The bowls are always light, I wouldn’t mind that but when it cost $15-20 I expect fit to be full. You can practically see the bottom of the bowl in a couple spots. And they routinely forget the side of guac when I order delivery.

Had the most awful food poisoning from eating here. I almost had to go to the hospital. Something is dirty here or they don’t know how to safely prepare food. Eat here with caution. I’ve never been so sick in my life. Tried to contact corporate with no resolution or offer for refund.

Myself and three other people are currently waiting in line for someone to take our order; about 20min now. It’s not very busy and it seems there’s 5 employees on the clock but none are interested in taking anyone’s order or taking care it the customers. Charging $12 for a bowl of mainly rice and beans, you would think that the customer should be impeccable.

Don’t go here if you want to have items missing from your to go order. Literally my burrito bowl was wrapped in aluminum foil like I had a To go plate from a cookout. Order chips and salsa got the salsa with no chips.
