I need to revise my previous 5 star review. After this morning I would give it a 1 but I decided to split the difference because I believe the issue is the employees ! Just waited 25 minutes to get a toaster sandwich with 4 cars total there. Never did get our sandwich, was forced to leave without our food. What nailed the nail is when the waitress came to the car with our food, another girl yelled to her and she looked at us and said “ Be right back”. 15 more minutes and she still wasn’t back with our food!! Where is the Managers?? Who’s running these places?? Wth is going on ??

Waited in a very short line for an extended period of time for a slush only. The car in front of me was there when I got there. Even after getting to the window, it was a long wait. Sitting in my car in over 100 degree weather for something to quench my thirst was not pleasant. I often visit this business because it is near my job, and the visit is always pleasant. Every time I go here, they say that they are closed even though there are usually several people pulled up with employees outside talking to them. It’s always within normal business hours that I come. I mean it’s within the last two business hours, but I never get served. Drive-through sign is always out, so I’ll go through and I’m always told the same thing that they’re sorry they’re closed. I very rarely post Bad reviews. I know a lot of times employees don’t show up for work and since Covid it’s been really hard to get a fully staffed store and I am sympathetic to that, but this is ridiculous!

Wasn’t my best experience. I place a mobile order and upon arrival, the employees are sitting outside as if 4 cars weren’t in the stalls, I waited 20 mins for my order, and they got my order wrong. Not the 1st time this had happened here.

I want to say that this was one of my best experiences at a Sonic. The lady that took our order was super nice, cheerful and very thorough. The gentleman that brought our food was super nice as well and very respectful! Our burgers were awesome. They looked like someone actually took the time to make them and not just throwed together.
