If you are running late definitely do not stop here, if you are running on time they will definitely make you late. Upon arrival I was immediately ignored. After standing in line for over 10 minutes someone finally asks if I need to order something, just like that ‘do you need to order something?’ I was standing in the area where you normally would order food and pay for it and they told me that’s not what they do in the morning without telling me before I had to wait so long. Charming staff, yeah right! After my food was ordered I was told they accidentally gave it to someone in the drive thru, adding more time on my waiting time. NO COFFEE, JUST FOOD ORDER, 2 DONUTS AND ONE BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE, OVER 2O MIN, NO LINE!!! This was probably my third time this year going there, I will not be returning!!

First I came thru drive thru and it took someone 10 minutes to say something so I went on the inside . There was only 3 people working and only 1 had on a headset . The shift leader Ant helped me with my order and was very nice . The 2 other girls that was there was nice also and made my drinks n food really fresh and fast . The only downfall is the dirty lobby and the drive thru wait time which is ridiculous.

If you’re looking for the best customer service with friendly attentive staff you need to show up to this dunkin’ donuts two ladies were excellent and I hope their manager knows about this All I did was get a donut a cup of tea in us to charge my phone in the lady said no problem miss it was an excellent experience.

I understand the morning rush of customers can be hectic, however quality cannot be substituted. I only ordered a small coffee and hash brown rounds…what I received was shredded and burnt inedible food. Bad form, Dunkin! Either staff more employees to handle rushes or train them to not serve substandard products. Maybe its just this location but the manager Tye, while pleasant, was unable to lead this morning. At the drive thru, I had an extended wait because he said he was “having problems with the customers inside”. I’ve never had this issue before and I hope it’s the last time.

They got my order wrong 3 times in a row. After the second time, I went into the store and she still got it wrong! I wanted a plain hot latte. First she gave me a cold one. Then a sweetened one after verbally confirming with me I didn’t want sugar. Then, I sent it back again asking for a plain and she made me a sweetened one again!!! At that point I was just so confused how you could be that bad at listening. And of course, no apologies… just set in the table. Worst customer service.
