Ordered three cheeseburgers for my kids and they were raw inside. When I brought them back and showed the manager on duty he said they were not raw and that I should ask for them to be cooked well done next time. I’ve never had to ask for a THIN Culver patty to be cooked well done in order for it to be cooked completely! Horrible customer service coming from a supposed to be manager. Whoever was on the grill can’t cook. Will never eat here again. Pictures of the raw insides of burgers attached.

I was there with my client who is in an electric chair. Our first impression was that the cashier wasn’t the kindest. She seemed annoyed at my handicapped client who was having a hard time reading the menu. The handicapped accessibility is not great….the doors are not automatic so unless someone is with you, or a stranger is kind enough to hold the door, you’re not getting in. The walkway for a wheelchair is very narrow plus the swinging doors don’t give you much room. Inside the restaurant, there’s plenty of room and it’s beautiful, but getting inside with a wheelchair isn’t easy. Every employee at the restaurant seemed a little worn out. I’m used to Culver’s employees being friendly- too bad Waukegan can’t ever catch up in this manner. Beautiful city, strange people.

This was our first time in Waukegan & we decided to stop by Culver’s before going to the airport. Wish I had noticed it earlier. The food was so, so good, and the establishment was clean. The employees were friendly. I would highly recommend it. Wish there was one in Virginia.

This is by far the cleanest and most superior service I’ve ever received in fast food. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional and kind, and every single staff member was beyond welcoming. Not just that, it was all genuine. Management has assembled a fantastic team. To top that off, the food was great, as is to be expected at any Culver’s. This should be the flagship Culver’s restaurant. If I could, I’d give more than just 5 stars!
