First of all, there was a long line, and they had a sign that said the kitchen is close… Which seem kind of humorous, since it was printed out, when I got to the front an hour and the sandwich, they told me that the kitchen was closed… I got my milkshake and then found out they did not have straws big enough for my cup, so I had to have a small cup, with a small straw… Due to them not having large straws, etc. pretty bad situation. Additionally, the workers in the back were snacking. Since there are about 10 people in line, I said excuse me guys, just so you know, they do not serve food currently only ice cream… About half of them left. Here’s a picture that I just described. That was a misspelling and printed it please on the glass.

This Dairy Queen has had its ups and downs. I’ve been going to this location for over 30 years. Lately it has been cleaner. But some of the staff is rude. We went the other night to celebrate a birthday my daughter always get mint m&m blizzard. They usually ring in an Oreo mint blizzard sub m&m’s. Been ordering this for 10 years. This day the employee rang in a mint blizzard and charged .79 cents to add m&m’s. She told me everyone else rang it wrong and wouldn’t listen to anything I said. I know not all customers are right but… this is crazy!

I love dairy Queen and I stop there every single day. It is always fresh the fries are always right on time good and hot I have never gotten cold fries or an old dried out burger their chicken is good too. I have been trying to get a hold of corporate I have a 40 ft trailer I drive 6,000 mi a month I would like for dairy Queen to wrap my trailer in a dairy Queen logo just cover the cost of the wrap they do not have to pay me monthly that would be a lot of free advertising for them I have not been able to accomplish that yet lol. I love dairy Queen did I mention I love dairy Queen they’re blizzards are awesome I also get one of them every single day if not two.

As soon as me and my husband walked in we were greeted by the stafff , they waited for us to make our decision about what we wanted, we ordered and they had our food and drinks out promptly we ate in the dining section, it was very clean and taken care of the food was great. Would recommend this place to family and friends !! Thanks to all staff for a very nice dinner. Keep up the good work.

The line was long and this spot was very busy. We ordered a small chocolate malt, a dairy free milky bar and a burger combo to-go. The malt and bar were great and given to us separately, but the combo meal must have belonged to someone else?? We requested 2 plain patties with pickles, ketchup and a large fry. We got home and the burger had no bun but had 2 cheese slices and small fries. I kept our receipt and will ask Mgmt to reimburse or replace with the proper meal and experience.

I went on Mother’s Day and the line was long as expected. The service and ice cream was good as always. They are often under staffed so patience is a must. The only issue that night is that the kitchen was closed, however the only sign posted was at the window to order. Several families waited in line before finding out, they should of put signs on the doors.

We stopped in on Sunday around noon to get lunch and ice cream for the family. We waited in line without acknowledgment for about 5 mins or so. We ordered our very large order of meals for the family of 5. We got a kids meal that comes with a kids cone and we were gonna order a non dairy dilly bar for my other grandson. Then we found that we HAD to take the ice cream right away and we didn’t want to do that to ensure the kids would eat their food (typical parenting). We were told we either had to take it now with food or pay for it separately , which obviously we couldn’t do with the kids meal. So the cashier very cocky said “ I can take it off”

Just walked into this Dairy Queen, 7:57pm. 4 people in front of me. About 4 minutes later a lady behind counter said a person just came in . A man emptying trash ask who was here last? I said I came in about 5 minutes ago. He said we are closed, still with 3 people to be waited on. I said this is rude, where he stated thats the way it is. I left. Handled a little harsh being the door was open to come in and I did not know they close in a few minutes. Good food / ice cream products … terrible handling of this situation. may or MAY NOT be back
