Took 20 minutes to give my order and an hour to get food. And the only way my order was completed was by stopping a sweet older man and asking him to do it. He was very apologetic but the service at this sonic is incredibly slow. If I hadn’t already paid with my card at the kiosk I would have left.

If it was possible to give zero or negative stars I would. This location is absolutely terrible! They need to close shop and work on everything but mainly how they deal with customers. I 100% understand they are short staffed but the way the manager handled things was way wrong. Sunday the 29th I ordered from the app when arrived we decided to order some milkshakes from the kiosk. Our food came out within 10 minutes however we waited an additional 30 minutes for our two milkshakes and they finally bring it out and they only brought us one and it was basically soup and we told him we didn’t want that since it was very much melted. We then requested a manager to just get a refund at that point and we’re immediately told they only had two car hops. Ok cool dude I still want a refund. I then walk to the front door to get the manager myself for the refund. They issue the refund for only one milkshake and then we leave even though we got no milkshakes at all. When we arrived home I began going through the bag only to find out they didn’t include my food. I call the store and ask for a manager (yet again) and say I would like a refund for the food I didn’t receive. I am then told to call back and talk to the general manager. When I told her I just wanted the refund she finally says she issues it. Now the food we did get was pitiful. Terrible quality and not even a full order. Avoid this location at all cost. They need some serious work.

Slow, lazy workers! Will make you wait 20 minutes until they take your order. Cars leaving because they are so slow. Nasty attitudes! We left and went to Wendy’s next door and was through the line in less than 5 minutes! Don’t waste you time with this Sonic!!!!

Ok. It’s a mile down the road from me. So let’s start there. But here are some tips to make your last minute decision to sonic, what the lowest would say successful. Gonna take you minimum of 10 minutes to order. On the high side 25 ish. If your order has anything that has an accompanying item. As in mozzarella sticks or soft pretzel stick. Make sure you ask at least 5 times for the accompanying marinara and or cheese sauce respectively. And then one more when the delivery person gets to you car. If you don’t it will not be there. Just because it’s supposed to be there absolutely doesn’t mean it will. Also. Don’t bank on the screen where you order to work. Most times it doesn’t, so yeah. Been goin for 5 years. And it’s never my idea. Good luck, and watch for them deers.

Sonic, please do better with the night shift manager “Tasha” and train/teach her some supervisor/manager etiquettes! Tonight, I was the ONLY person in the stalls. Ordered a JR CHEESEBURGER KIDS MEAL, PLAIN, CHEESE ONLY!! It’s comes out, I check my daughters food and the cheese looks OLD and DRY! I sent it back in to be remade and you won’t believe they sent out THE SAME EXACT BURGER THAT I COMPLAINED ABOUT! I buzzed in the 3rd time and asked for the manager to complain about the NONSENSE and lo and behold the order taker is the manager on duty tonight. In the mist of me complaining she turned the mic off… this makes me more furious because HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT, MANAGER?? Were the lead by example to the younger staff that’s also cackling in the inside with you? NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RAN ESTABLISHMENT!
