By far the worst Jimmy John’s we’ve been to. The last 3 times over the last 3 weeks, we’ve been told the worker is alone and backed up. They actually recommended to us that we leave rather than order food. Each time we go back hoping it’s been resolved but third time was not the charm.

Walked in and ordered a giant tuna. Employee took my order. I went next door to buy a bottle of wine. Came back no one was in the store. There was a sandwich on the counter which I took assuming it was my order. Got home and it was not a Tina sandwich. Called the store and got the manager who number 1 said he couldn’t find my order for more than 10 minutes. I told him I would complain to JJ corporate and he found my order. He supposedly credited back my debit card so we’ll see. Total incompetence and no customer service!! I will not go back to this store!

Order $50 worth of sandwiches for my family as we are staying at Great Wolf Lodge with smaller children. None of the sandwiches were cut as ordered. The main problem was the half of the sandwich bread was inedible on all the sandwiches. Like cut your mouth they were so dry. There’s no way we could feed them to our kids. I called to let them know and they said they wouldn’t believe me until I brought all the sandwiches back in which was impossible to leave again with the kids. Absolutely ridiculous. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me. He would only communicate through the kid on the phone who was quite rude.

Our order was incorrect. None of the sandwiches were cut in half and we ordered them for children. More than half of the sandwich was inedible on ALL of the sandwiches because the bread was so hard it was painful to eat. I called to let the store know and the manager said there as nothing they can do about it. This is ridiculous because we spent $50 in food only for half of it to be inedible.

We went through the drive through. The attendent was very nice and courteous as well as friendly. So customer service was pretty good. The issue was the food. The cheese only sandwich we ordered which was supposed to be cheddar cheese was provolone. That wasn’t well received with a currently picky child. The cheese we did receive was spread sparingly across a large area of bread and we were probably charged about $8 for it. The bread on the other sandwiches was less than fresh to the point of cutting gums. The vegetables were not fully thawed. In summary, nice employees, the food might need a bit more quality control.

This is so sad since Jimmy John’s is a fam fave in my household. However, if possible my most recent experience would earn zero stars. The bread was beyond STALE. It literally was hard and crumbled into dust when bitten. Three of the four sandwiches we purchased were inedible. We would have returned them, but we had a commitment for which we were on our way. This was extremely disappointing. Judging by the other reviews this issue is not unique to us. The sandwich maker was nice, but could not miss that the bread was stale when putting the sandwiches together. Between the stale bread this time and our usual location not even having bread at lunchtime (and not being close to “freaky fast” as the norm), the entire Jimmy John’s chain may be coming off the list permanently.

Stopped to pick up dinner on 12/1 in the drive-thru. No cars in front of me. I waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Ordered 2 sandwich’s. Pull up to window and wait another 5 minutes before anyone even comes to the window. The employee was nice but clearly had been enjoying the legal freedoms of Colorado weed. Then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes just to get one sandwich and a bag of chips. Explained this is not what I ordered and he went to make the other sandwich. In turn I waited about 30 minutes and left with two sandwiches, a drink, a bag of chips and three pickles. Neither sandwich was the ones I ordered.

My family and I have gone through the drive thru at this location before and we had great fast service. Today we went through the drive through, there were no customers in the store, and one person ahead of us in the drive thru at 530 on a Monday night . . . It took the two workers OVER 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Oh my goodness . . .. the manager or owner of this location needs to start checking in on their workers. Absolutely ridiculous, especially for a franchise that claims they are freaky fast.
