Bad. Ordered 8pc family meal with cole slaw, mashed potatoes & gravy, & biscuits and chicken pot pie (they looked so good in the commercials). They forgot my pot pie & gravy for mashed potatoes, good thing i checked the order before leaving. The pot pie was bad & looked nothing like the ads. I think it sat under the heat lamp a while. It was deflated, no veggies, brown meat (little if any white meat) & dry. Microwave frozen ones are much much better. Boston Market has the best fast food pot pies IMO. The fried chicken was suppose to be extra crispy but there was so much oil (you can see the picture showing the bottom of the bucket was grease & soggy batter). The chicken was a greasy mess. Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy & biscuits were fine. Go to Bush’s a block down the road.

While the drive through person was nice, the food was not. I don’t know what happened to the secret spices in their chicken but they were definitely not present in the chicken I ate. The batter was falling off the chicken, what batter there was, and the only redeemable part of that meal was the gravy. But I’m pretty sure that comes from a package so you really can’t mess that up. KFC has gone downhill as far as food taste goes and it’s sad because they used to have pretty decent tasking chicken. We now will only be going to Popeyes because at least they’re not afraid of seasoning there.

This was by far the worst service that I have ever received. The manager Sebastian, if that is what you label him to be was oblivious to his surroundings. He was working drive- thru, not acknowledging anyone in his lobby or at the counter. By the time I received my order there were no customers in drive- thru, they had either been parked and serviced before I had received my order. I arrived in the lobby at 6:33 pm, placed my order at 6:40 pm. I received my order at 7:44. I couldn’t get a refund because Sebastian no longer acknowledged my existence after he too my order and payment. I am going to pursue this and try to speak with corporate. No apologies from management, horrible service! Never again and I will share my experience with my family and friends.

What has happened to KFC? The KFC in Cedar Park has declined in food quality. My orders are almost always wrong. The coating on the chicken has been soggy. The Cole slaw is runny. I have been eating KFC a couple times a week but today this changes. The chicken was so soggy and greasy I will start going to bushes. So sad to see the decline.

I was charged but my order was incomplete, the very rude manager basically didn’t care. She has a horrible attitude and I’m not quite sure any franchise owner would want her to represent their business. After seeing reviews I realized I’m not the only person who feels this way. I just went to drive thru tried to order food. And they said we can’t just order 3 piece meal with legs only. And then asked if we can order individual chicken legs was told no. Meaning I said cancel my order and there service sucks. I have picky eaters meaning they only eat legs and I’ve been there plenty of times and order same things over and over never had problems. I don’t mind paying little extra but this will probably be last time I’ll go to this location. I would like a manager to reach out to before I contact corporate office. Whoever working there tonite at 7pm should be fired. Wish I can give you guys zero stars. Customers are able to ask for special request even if they have to pay little extra. Our family loves KFC but you guys are making it easy when you turn away business. Plus I can get online order food for delivery or take out what I need. Meaning I don’t see why we can’t using the drive thru.

8/12/23 8:41 PM supervisor on duty name Mike. You guys need to send him to some management training. I sat in line for 10-15 minutes watched multiple vehicles pull out of line at which time I pulled up to the window to see him scooping macaroni. I watched three patrons leave the establishment because they were never waited on via drive through. Rude and no people skills. Was instructed that it wasn’t his fault he didn’t know we were in the drive through and we needed to go back through again.
