Overpriced, overcooked, does not live up to its namesake and is unlike any other in the franchise. I liked Creno’s and was excited when Coshocton got one, but this location does NOT taste like any of the others and is WAY overpriced, let’s call it the home of the $50 single pizza, because that’s what anything of real taste and value will cost you. Why they feel a need to price gouge society, especially in Coshocton, is a stupid business move. They’d be better off shutting down or hiring some better quality workers and upping the value they offer customers, because it’s hugely lacking for a lack luster pizza and a poorly ran company.

This is the only place that will deliver to us. Had some decent pizza over a year ago but it’s went beyond downhill with the food. Stromboli have turned into grease dripping soggy. Had a BLt sub a month ago come on it’s bacon Bits fake even and had 1 tomatoe . Today I got a steak sub and UM! It’s a patty? Lettuce is beyond wilted. I’ll show the picture yes I ate half but come on I paid for it. No peppers no onions. I had 2 inch and a half tomatoes on a 10” sub. I had to add my own Mayo it came dry. Customer service is awesome but someone needs to go in and police the quality of the food . So bad won’t order until I hear things are changing.Only reason it gets a two is because they deliver to Warsaw and yes they are always nice people. But the dog will eat the rest of this sub.

My husband ate a meatball sandwich, I ate an order of Ziti. The garlic cheese bread is huge. From other times we absolutely love their BLT Pizza!! ❤️ we have ate from crenos since before we moved to this state each time we visited we will deffinately keep eating here.

Food was ok. Staff was absolutely the nicest and very helpful. Issue is, Sauce is bland as is the food. The tomato sauce was legit just that, an opened can of sauce. No spices or anything to have it remotely taste like real Italian sauce. That would be the only thing I’d change. Ordered from them for first time and sadly we won’t be returning. Fiance said that the food has never been like this and it’s not a good impression. Again, staff was awesome and sorry to leave this kind of review, but when food has zero flavor, that needs to be addressed.

We’re from out of town and decided to try crenos. Their food was absolutely delicious! Some reviews said it was greasy… it was due to the abundance of delicious, curling pepperoni on it! Their pepperoni rolls were amazing. The staff was very friendly and nice. If I’m back in this area, I will definitely be ordering from there again!

We ordered an Italian sub with lettuce, tomatoes, Italian dressing. It came without any meat, and they said that’s how we ordered it. Didn’t offer to replace it or anything. Then my husband got to the 2nd half of his sub and it had mushrooms and banana peppers, he is allergic to mushrooms. Those 2 things were not on the 1st half, and they weren’t ordered. Again, no offer to replace the items. All the manager did was blame us. We will not be back. We loved their food too. A family of 6 is a big order that they just lost.
