Great service from the staff! They were very fast and efficient serving people with how busy they were. The food wasn’t the best though. The steak was too chewy which seemed old, and the rice was kind of stale. And the drinks they had out in the front seemed to be lacking syrup for the coke machine. Overall not too bad but they have to work on having quality food more consistently.

At 12;35pm, the food was sorely old. 3 entree plate. Said to the counter person, the green bean chicken looks old; she replied with “no, it’s not old.” Are you sure, do you have any fresh cooking? It’s barely the kunch hour.” She replied no; it’s not old. So I purchased it along w steamed rice & half low mein. Both were dry to the bone. I did not get a credit, or an apology. The only item edible was the honey walnut shrimp, which still had to be scrutinized so as not to eat parts that were old. Atmosphere is 3 stars – clean but with overflowing trash receptacles, very much an eye sore. And way too cold; – food immediately had no heat

This used to be the best panda in littleton. Not anymore. The food today was disgusting. I don’t know when was the last time they changed the oil. It smelled foul. Beijing beef was so hard to chew. Everything was just bad. I spoke with the manager (Seth) on the phone to see what he can do for me because the food was just super bad. He told me that I have to drive back about 10 miles from my house to bring him the food back which I thought was crazy but I did. When I came in to return the food Seth grabbed the food from me and started looking through the bag. He then told me I need a receipt otherwise he can’t refund me. This is after he already grabbed my food and threw it away. I told him that I don’t have my receipt. So Seth was like you don’t get a refund. So now I don’t have my food and no refund. Long story short my wife was able to find the receipt and text it to me. The whole experience and the time it took for medrive there and then to sit there and wait was unacceptable. This Seth guy is a real winner. Great customer service buddy. I will never ever step foot into your store untill you no longer work there. Already called corporate to complain.

The food was hot and fresh. The manager was amazing. The broccoli beef and the orange chicken not to mention the Kung Pao chicken was just cooked so it was hot and fresh and delicious . The lady that manages the restaurant is so friendly and caring.

I used to love coming to this Panda Express because it’s close and the food is good but every time I go it gets worse. I always get ignored and have to wait over 10 min to get help with a pick up order. This is unacceptable.

Standard cuisine you’d expect from any Panda Express. Servings were a bit stingy, so you’re not getting as much bang for your buck at this location. Also, the super greens were a little sad and over cooked.

I ordered the Bigger Plate, with Fried Rice, Lo Mein, and my entrée selections were Walnut Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken, and Sesame Chicken. All of the food was hot and fresh, the chicken (both kinds) was succulent, tender, and delicious! The vegetables in the sesame chicken were crisp and flavorful and full of color! And the walnuts in the shrimp were sweetened to perfection! Nice and crunchy, and contrasted the Shrimp beautifully. There was nothing “fast-food” about the quality of the food here, as it exceeded expectations in every way imaginable! I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Panda Express; You nailed it!!!
