Just stopped here to get some food and the girls working were completely ignorant to me and my husband. Our order came to $21 but the 2 for $ 7 our order should of been $17. When we got to window my husband asked about the price and the girl got all upset saying I didn’t ring u up so its not my fault. So my husband asked if she could fix it and she continued complaining while fixing our order and telling her coworkers she ain’t got time to argue and that she wasn’t gonna argue. Nobody was arguing we asked politely about the price. Worst service ever!!!! Will never go back!!!!

I went inside because the drive thru line was extremely long. There was only one other person in front of me in line but they took so long to take our order that the person in front of me left. After waiting at least 10 minutes and having an elderly couple behind me leave, they finally took my order. I had to wait another 20 minutes for food. It was also hot and muggy in the restaurant, I don’t think the air was working or on. The two cooks kept arguing with each other.

Manager Swearing in front of customers and children. Very slow never got food we ordered four people came in after us they got food and left never coming back. manager Supposedly gave us a refund on credit card. Found out three days later he charged us again for the food we never got.

The woman up front was so rude. She got mean with my 84 year old mother over my mom pointing at menu. She does this thing with her hand when she’s thinking. The employee did it back to my mom with a dirty look. Mom said she didn’t have to be rude and maybe we should go somewhere else so the employee said bye and clicked off our order. So we left after I kind of told her off. She also was really slow doing drive thru while making us wait. Gets me boiling just thinking of the way she treated my mother. Absolutely NO reason for that. It smelled like wet dog inside, the floor was sticky everywhere except the bathroom, where it was slippery without even beng wet. We counted at least 4 dirty rags bundled up just left on top of tables and chairs. The person that got our food wasn’t wearing gloves or any protection, even though he had just been cleaning. It took almost 20 minutes for food to come out. The sandwiches we ordered come with diced, caramelized onion but we got raw onion slices instead.

Terrible. Waited 25 minutes just for my food to be room temperature? Only have been here handful of times over last few years because of subpar food. Will not be going back. Hopeful they close down and we get something useful, like a mattress shop.

Extra let down. I had 20 minutes to kill before an appointment stopped in because it had no line and I figured I could just grab something quick. Ordered a double cheese and cheese tots. Sat at the window for about 15 minutes waiting on them I have benefit of doubt maybe had to make everything ty order which I don’t mind. Nor everything was super cold i don’t know what happened here today but I ended up late with cold food
