I have been a loyal customer for nearly 2 years, I go every day and sometimes multiple times a day. Yesterday I was treated so poorly and I would honestly say disrespectfully by an associate working the window because my order was wrong. I get the same coffee every day and it was seriously wrong. She “fixed” it and it was still wrong I just didn’t want to complain a 2nd time, I left and tossed it. The attitude she had was so rude. I will never come back to this location.

Horrible service. I had a mobile order and was asked to pull up to the window. When I arrived at the window, the server was oblivious to my order, and I had to repeat my MOBILE order so it could be made. I ordered a med iced coffee with oatmilk and 2 sugars, yet I was handed a drink that tasted like oatmilk and sugar on ice. Absolute waste of money because it was thrown out immediately. I had already pulled off, assuming the coffee was correct, and it was a very busy intersection to just turn back. Otherwise, I’d have gone back in for a remake. I’ll stick to my regular dunkin location from now on.

Very professional associate at the window. She was polite and let me know my food was coming soon. The drink delivery and food delivery to the window were excellent. It wasn’t until I pulled away that I noticed the issue. I ordered a small caramel iced latte..I think they put too much emphasis on the ice the small cup was filled almost to the lid with ice. I’d estimate that I only received about 5-6 ounces of latte. And the drink is $4. Please check out the pictures attached. I only live 5 minutes away, but I was finished with the drink by the time I reached my home. The egg whites were very tasty, but I’m dissatisfied with how much ice was in the latte. If you go here for an iced drink, ask for light ice.

I Placed an order online and they didn’t have an option I wanted so I called to modify and they still did it wrong! I called back to the store to complain and the restaurant manager has a nasty attitude and tried justifying that my order was messed up because they are short staffed. Ma’am…. I would’ve rather you told me the first time that y’all were short staffed instead of trying to justify it after yet another call back. This is also not my first complaint to them! Being short staffed is not an excuse for a wrong order!

They either always get my Coffe order wrong or I always get someone elses. I order Triple Cream and always specify NO SUGAR. Again to day they gave me Reg Cream and Sugar. You can always add Cream or Sugar if it was not added. However you can’t take it out once it is added. Nice waste of money when I really wanted and needed a coffee!!!

In under 3 weeks I’ve recieved the wrong item on three occasions. If they’re out of the donut you order they’ll just give you whatever they feel like without letting you know it’s happened twice in a row now, I brought it up and the employee didn’t seem to see the problem. They also tried to give me an iced coffee when the label on the cup clearly said frozen. When I pointed it out they didn’t apologize or say anything, they just went and made the correct drink. Save yourself the aggravation and go yo the store on 296 if you can.

Shorted us five dollars in change I told the lady at the window. She shrugged and close the window. I called corporate. They said that they were going to take care of it on a store level and then they would call me in 48 hours that was weeks ago I’ve called corporate twice this Dunkin, donut or a bunch of thieves avoid them.

Well we drove up to the drive thru and waited for almost 5 minutes and had to hit our horn and yell at the speaker . Then we’re greeted by a young lady who sounded like I had disturbed her nap . We asked to get their brand new cold foam chocolate caramel drink with the chocolate foam and it even is listed on their menu board as there NEW drink on the bottom left corner but the young lady said it was an old drink and no longer available she said that Dunkin donuts has removed it from their menu. And then as we were driving away an ad for the new drink at Dunkin came up on my daughter’s phone as the new cold foam chocolate foam drink come into Dunkin and try our new drink
