Extremely hit or miss here. They make you wait to order because they get timed by corporate once your order in. So there could be only one car in front of you but they’ll wait a couple min in between taking your order to mess up their times…one lady told me to back up because I was triggering the clock and didn’t want to hear it from corporate. When they’re on their game its good but those are few and far between unfortunately

I went to Popeyes in Milford to see if Popeyes in Connecticut is the same every where else. Maybe with the exception of not playing Professor Longhair or Dr John, Things seemed the same. I purchased the 8 piece nuggets. I also ordered 2 drumsticks spicy. The side order was red beans and rice, As usual, my sauce was the Mardi Gras sauce. The nuggets are pretty goof. The chicken is always good from Popeyes. I do recommend. Happy 50th Birthday

Had me waiting long at the drive through. Lacked good customer service. Gave me my food in a bag, the box was open food was spilled out into the bag! I asked for honey which i always get at Popeyes, and they said they don’t give honey packets.

I am going to leave this review specifically in regards to my many drive-thru experiences with this Popeye’s location. I don’t know what is going on but every time I (or my mom) order through their drive-thru service, the staff does not fulfill the order in its entirety. Now I know that we should always check our orders to verify that all contents are there, but sometimes when you are in a rush you don’t have time to check on all your orders. In instances where this happens, we always end up missing some orders when we get home. Very inconvenient.

The food is just average. They rip you off by filling the more than half the cup of your drink with ice. The service is also bad very they don’t offer even ketchup. The fried chicken wasn’t even warm. And the shrimp that was ordered also felt very bland

Charged me for a drink upgrade that I didn’t ask for while only giving me a regular size, tried to hide it by not giving me a receipt and by processing the transaction at the drive thru. Claimed to only have one blackened ranch sauce and were out of spicy chicken.

I went for a 3 piece spicy tender meal. They didn’t have spicy. They were out of most sauces so I asked for a side of the spicy mayo and they said “we can’t do that” although that’s never been an issue before. When I got my food I saw I was charged for an extra sauce and when I brought I home I saw they gave me no sauces at all. This place used to be decent what happened?
