Nice clean welcoming atmosphere. New and fresh feeling. Employees were very nice and helpful. They let me sample a few entrees until I knew what I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. The Beijing Beef is what I ended up choosing. I liked that only the employees handled the food and utensils, so I knew I was not touching a handle gross from someone’s dirty bathroom hands. The only negative was 8 could tell the food had been sitting a bit because it was a little dry. Besides that the flavor was great.

Came in last Friday afternoon. I had to wipe off table for me and my 1 year old because every table was dirty. I had to ask someone to clean it because it was so bad. Then when paying for my food I was asked if I really wanted my $0.48 in change back because they don’t have coins in their register. The meat was okay but the vegetables tasted like mildew/mold. Basically wasted our money and time. Won’t ever go back yes the workers are aware of this issue

I love Panda Express food. But I have to say that I’m not at all happy with my food today. The rice was terrible and I know because I’m a person that cooks rice all the time. It was raw and hard. Usually the food is really good but I don’t know who prepared the rice. Sorry but I pay almost 10 dollars for a meal and I expected it to be good. Is not really about the money is more about having a good meal. No matter what the price is. Hopefully who ever is making the rice will learn to make it better. Sorry for the harsh words. the food is good but we stood and waited atleast 10 minutes or so just to order and there wasnt hardly anyone inside. they had no plastic ware to eat with. The woman who waited on us was really nice

Stopped in for a quick lunch at the Panda Express in Bartlesville and it was fantastic. Great service and friendly staff. Young man who’s name tag said JR was a rockstar! JR was polite, had a smile on his face, was knowledgeable and looked to make a connection. Top Notch and JR keep it up you’re doing an amazing job!

I placed an order on the app at 6:20. It said it would be ready at 6:30. We got there at about 6:35, got up to the window by about 6:40. They said it’s not ready and it’s going to be an additional 12 minutes and to pull around and they’d bring it out. We were still waiting at 7:05. My husband finally went inside because by this time, we were extremely mad. He had to wait another 10 minutes while I watched people go in quite a while after we got there and get their food before us. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with them. Absolutely terrible service.

I was really impressed at the kindness the employees showed me here today. It was my first visit, and they were out of egg rolls and waiting for more to cook. Because I had to wait a few minutes, they offered me a small fountain drink while I waited and blessed me with some extra rangoons when my order was finally ready. They apologized very sincerely several times for the wait. Thank you, guys! I know you were really busy with lunchtime Rush, but you were quick and still took the time to be kind. Keep up the good work!
