Worst wing stop I’ve been to yet. I asked for fries extra crispy with ranch on the side & of course the fries were soggy and had ranch on them so I had to wait almost 10 minutes for new fries, I then ordered 12 wings and got one ranch cup because apparently only combo meals get a ranch cup which is just a flaw with wing stop itself, every order of wings should come with ranch and if it doesn’t then that needs to be stated. Employees were rude when I asked for my order to be made correctly like I didn’t tell them exactly how to make it to make their job easier. Just save your time and go to a different location they’re all much nicer and understand when they make a mistake it has to be fixed.

The manager Sandra was beyond rude and very unprofessional. First we had a woman that didn’t speak any English at all come up and acted as if she understood us instead of just letting us know. Sandra helped another customer that was after us and after we asked if we we’re going to be serviced since we we’re already there she responded very rudely and said she wasn’t going to service us even though we had asked her very calmly. She definitely doesn’t need to be any type of manager. I will be calling corporate on Monday.

World Awaits
Just picked up my food after an hour wait and found I was missing TWO chicken sandwiches when I got home. More than half of my order. After calling and requesting my sandwiches AGAIN, was told I would be placed at the end of ANOTHER hour wait, instead of at the front to rectify their mistake. Who has all day to wait for their food?? The manager did not seem to care at all. I loved Wingstop but I cannot continue to keep supporting this level of negligence and customer support.

Dine in at 9:00ish on 27 March and about 5 employees with 1 working counter. 1st impression…a little meh. There was annoying music playing through what I guess was someone’s phone or Bluetooth speaker. I assume an employee because at some point there were no customers up front and the music still came from that direction. Had about 3 folks waiting and 2 had asked if there order was ready. The counter half-hazzardly checked a bag and replied no. We ordered, but the counter person couldn’t figure out how to substitute corn for fries. Walking to our seats I saw the dining room’s paper towel roll with a wet ring along the bottom edge, and I thought it would get changed out. It didn’t. There were a few tables and spots in the floor that were sticky. I attempted to pour a drink from the fountain and the DP and Coke were out. At that I just sat down. Food came out, mine was good, my wife’s tenders after her 1st one were cold . I went to the bathroom and the male door has some type of substance and the hydraulic arm is disconnected so a disabled person would not be able to get in. The bathroom smelt of urine. BUT it did have soap and paper towels. So while I gave 2 stars for the food and atmosphere, I could see the front cashier was trying and remained cheerful and friendly, so 5 stars! Oh, and those two guys who had asked earlier about their food… yeah, the food had been on the shelf the whole time. It’s a great location, but like the review of the Burger King in the same shopping area I did a while back, unless the owner/management gets a handle on this place quick and often.. it will be no bueno.

The music was playing so loud in the kitchen that the person taking our order had to ask us to repeat ourselves a few times because she couldn’t hear us. Then it took 25 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t even hot. My daughter couldn’t eat her chicken sandwich because it tasted weird. I ate 4 of my 6 wings and then got food poisoning…I usually love Wing Stop but this location is brand new and it seems like they just don’t have things in order. Hopefully they will improve.
