We ordered a pizza for delivery, and received a call from the Kyle Texas location informing us that they were out of bacon which we had as an add on to our pizza. We said okay thinking nothing of it, until we got our pizza and saw that we were still charged for the missing bacon. I don’t appreciate being charged for something we didn’t receive. Be careful what you order from these people. Make sure that you’re not over charged.

I moved to Kyle almost two years ago and tried pretty much every pizza place in town. Gatti’s is the only place that has consistently made good pizza. We order 3-4 times a month (sometimes more) and we’ve always been greeted with a smile and our order ready on time, fully cooked and still hot “out of the oven”. We always order three “create your own” XL pizzas, and they are HEAVY with toppings, for a fraction of the price of other places. I have nothing bad to say about Gatti’s and I thank you for your product.

My mother ordered pizza on Saturday. When the pizza arrived it was burnt so she called the store and talked to the manager who said she’d credit her. When my mom placed her order today and when my dad went to pick up pizza the same manager denied the free pizza. My mom called while my dad was in the store and talked to the manager. She called my mom a liar and denied she ever talked to her and agreed to a credit.

The fact that mostly ALL the reviews are horrible and refers to the manager Stephanie is unbelievable. My mom ordered 1 pizza and received a burnt one, she called and let them know which STEPHANIE was rude to say the lease offered a credit. When she called back for her credit pizza they simply told her she was only trying to get a free pizza!! Who does that and why the hell is this person still working there and why is this establishment still open??? Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

The customer service was just as amazing as the food! They easily accommodated a request to modify my order after it had been submitted. Both the person assisting me by phone and the delivery driver were very kind and friendly.

They sent a cold and burnt pizza, when my parents went to pick up another one they sniffed my mother of lying and said she was “Just trying to get a free pizza” stephanie said they didn’t see a transaction and I literally offered to go up there myself to show them the transaction. When I tried talking to a manager, Stephanie put me on hold until I hung up.

Apple dutch dessert tasted like chorizo meat and spices. The manager was rude and implied that my family and me were crazy and don’t know what apple dutch dessert tasted like. The manager and other workers were talking about me in back very negatively. They wasted my time and theirs. They denied that they don’t clean their pots or equipment. My family and I will never buy pizza from there.
