The food and dining experience were excellent. The service was very good, but could be a little slow at times (getting someone’s attention etc.). But overall the dishes we tried were very good. Great flavor, quality, use of seasonal ingredients etc. Highly recommend this place.

We attend monthly, always good food, portion sizes vary, but quality and taste are always 5 stars. Waiters always happy to help with wine pairing, and make your experience memorable.

Great experience. It is pretty tight in here though so you sit close to the next people but the food was great. The bread was a highlight as it was delicious. The parpadelle was good too but the meat was slightly hard to eat.

The fusilli lunghi with fava beans were perfect! Al dente and a great combination with lemon and chili. There aren’t many restaurants serving high quality pasta in SF. This is the place!

While Seven Hills had been a highly favored restaurant in years past, our visit on April 28, 2022, was painfully disappointing. My partner had taken me here for a milestone birthday. When presented a very small table, we asked to move just one more table back to the booth, which was accommodated with no problem. But that must have placed outside the active service area.

Decadent, delicious and delightful. Giving it a slight edge over Penny Roma for the best pasta in SF title. The truffle tortellini was the star but the agnolotti and breads were just as good. Fantastic service too. Perfect for date night; cozy spot in a great part of time. Parking can be challenging but the restaurant experience makes up for it.

An amazing dinner. Some of the best pasta I’ve ever had. Wonderful olive oil cake for dessert. If I could give it 4.9 stars I would, just because they sent the food out really quickly and seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of there. But it was no setback to our meal. Highly recommend, just wanted to add that the service was too quick for the staff who may read this.

We pass by this restaurant often and finally had the opportunity to have dinner here last evening. It was my birthday and it was a perfect evening. The food was exceptionally good, the service was great, and a fun neighborhood atmosphere. We will definitely be dining here again soon.
