Franchise locations are tough to rate. Walworth Salvatores has its ups and downs. Today they were on point with toppings but the light baked white pizza was overcooked and the normal sheet well-done.

Salvatores in Walworth NY is now on track. The food has greatly improved and the new staff is doing well. Frank the owner including the Macedon shop needs to be commended for his hard work. Place an order and you will taste the difference . Highly recommended. We oder at least once each week.

Ordered on their app. App said 45 minute wait for pickup. Immediately received a text message indicating come pick up my food. Called the store to confirm the time and they said 30-45 minutes. I said okay will I get a text when my food is ready, Answer: No. I ordered hot food and wanted to pick up fresh. Got into a small argument over the phone because they couldn’t give me a time and ended up refunding my order. Great, can you send confirmation of the refund? Answer: No – You will have to come pick up the receipt. I said to the kind girl who answers the phone, can you please just grab the receipt and read it off to me. Answer: IDK where it is. Talked to the owner – He hung up on me. I followed that up with a visit to the store to get my receipt. Talked to the owner again, ran to the back to get the receipt (so I thought), comes back and says I threw it out. There is no receipt. To the owner: you know the story here, figure it out! And do not make your problem your customers problem. This was my second time coming back to the location giving it a chance with new owners saying “sorry for the previous, we will make it right”. Side note: Seriously, cover your pizzas that you have out for slices. You have a long haired receptionist standing right next to them and a cook with an afro the size of Jupiter walking directly over the food without hairnets on.

First off… Awesome staff! Recco, and the crew rock! I honestly thought Salvatore’s was just pizza, subs…. You know the usual “pizzeria” kind of place! I was wrong! I ordered the grilled chicken parm! It was huge! Seriously!! Amazing portions! Delicious flavor! I have enough for two meals! The garlic bread was a whole loaf! Bread is life and that made my night! They really do deliver everything but babies! Support local!

Been going to this location awhile now. Sometimes it’s ok and others not. This last order maybe our last this pizza was not fresh. It was probably made wrong for some other customer. It was reheated and not very hot at that. It was dry and crust was very tough. Looked like half of the pepperoni had fallen off

Went in tonight for some slices. 3 slices cost me $21!! I could’ve got a whole pizza for that! Sorry but one slice doesn’t cost them $5 – $6 to make, they’re just being greedy at that point. Not worth it, I’ll stick to other pizza places from now on

Just ordered 2 hot large subs. Ordered extra meat on 1. There was no extra meat by my standards. The other sub had very little meat on it. Unbelievable. Sure wasn’t worth 27 dollars.

Terrible food and terrible service. Called an order in about 20 minutes ahead of time, got there and it took 4 (what looked like crack addicts) to find my order. Got the order home and it’s wrong. We called to complain because $45 is a lot of money to spend on a wrong order. We asked for a manager and an associate picked up. We asked her if she was a manager and she said no. We asked if we could talk to a manager and she said she was a manager. So there’s apparently a lot of confusion over who is a manager and who isn’t. We told her the order was wrong and she told us to bring all the food back so they can fix it??? Why would I drive 30 minutes away for you to correct an order when you could’ve just gave us 10% off our next order? Im not asking for a lot but clearly they have no brain cells or customer service skills so I hung up frustrated and ordered from marks instead. And my order from marks was perfect and delivered within 20 minutes for less than was salvatores charged.
