In the last year or so, this location has devolved.. . There is little consistency in the quality (often more gristle than meat) and quantity. Call-in orders definitely take prescendence over walk ins. .On several occasions I’ve observed that when they wipe the tables, they use the same cloth that they run across all the tables, never once rinsing it out–and the wipe down the drink dispensers. Yuck. Take your own wipes! And what is with the loud music? You’ve got one kind playing in the back and a different genre playing out in the seating area. Just choose one, My god. You have to yell at your server to place an order. I go to another location more often now. whoever is running the place now, seems to be doing so by the seat of their pants.

Consistently rude AF at this Chipotle at 6879 W 91st (off Metcalf). I never leave reviews but I’ve had such a bad experience there every time that it really bears pointing out. Look, I’ve worked retail, I know nobody at a register actually wants people to come in – but you make some effort to hide your hatred. Especially if you’re trying to be part of tip-creep. These people act like there’s a grudge and it’s personal. Food’s fine fwiw, but I’m not going there again, I’ve had it.

Everytime I go here (91st & metcalf) I get some sort of an attitude. Went in today to order dinner for my kids and I. Two bowls, two burritos. They never fill the kids items so I order them adult entrees. I know it costs more, especially when they only are getting meat and rice, but whatever. I don’t like a lot of meat on my burrito, so after they portioned out my scoop I asked if I could have only half of the amount- and the rest be put into one of the bowls. They said no, and that they would have to charge me for double meat. (Mind you – it’s out of the same 1 scoop) I said “okay, can I have it on the side?” Again, was told they would charge me double meat. I said okay, that’s fine just put it in the burrito. Then the cashier started getting rude with me, as on par for this location, and said “if you don’t want to follow the rules..” in a threatening tone. I had my child with me, so instead of arguing with the 20 – something year old we just left. I had already conceded. I didn’t argue with him. Yes, I asked why and explained that I wasn’t asking for any MORE food, but that was all. No raised voice, no curse words, just normal questions. I have worked in the food service industry for over 20 years. I understand there are rules. But I wasn’t asking for any special treatment by getting more food – and I definitely didn’t deserve to be threatened AFTER just saying “okay”. Haven’t been to this location in months because of the attitudes, and now I’ll never be back. Be wary. I would suggest to order online so you don’t have to deal with them, but unfortunately every time I’ve done this they mess up my order.

Typically food here is awesome, but unfortunately last 2 times we’ve eaten here the guacamole has been brown and large whole pieces of avocado. Typically their guacamole is smooth and a nice green color. Hopeful that these times have just been flukes!

One of my favorite Chipotle locations. I work down the street from here and have been going to this one for years. Management is friendly, employees are on top of things when you ask and they are quick with service. Food always tastes like it should from Chipotle and it is super clean.

Get better employees that don’t run there mouth. They can’t make a quesadilla every location I been to makes them. If yall mad at the fact that they have to do their job walked in every workers on there phone no good customer service. Luckily this not my city if not I will have yall tweaking once yall close we will be waiting outside for a quick one two for them rude employees trust me on that.
