If there was a zero star option I would’ve chosen it. The employees simply must not comprehend what curbside pickup actually is. Another customer and myself had waited more than 15 minutes outside in the reserved pickup spaces, the other customer had just went in after waiting so long and relayed to us they tried to give him our food and it was just sitting on the counter. While I saw employees were inside chatting. Went inside and dealt with some of the worst customer service of my life, the two employees I went to talk to seemed upset I interrupted their conversation. One employee repeatedly gaslighted me into thinking we didn’t put a parking space in the app, which we did. Food was cold and clearly had been sitting a while. Overall the experience hit a Karen nerve within me so I had to simply write my first review ever. Wouldn’t recommend this location, unless you want to deal with all of the above.

Beyond a doubt the worst food that I’ve ever had. They forgot our food. When I want an extra onions they put no onions. They forgot a french fry. The french fries they did give that were large it was half full and they were so limp and full of grease that she could’ve rung them out they were mushy. And to top it all off the clerk was beyond rude. They put the fish sandwich tartar sauce in the box on the side not on the sandwich. They put the softest wrapped sandwich under all the boxes and squished it. A real joyful experience for 50 bucks

Slowest McDonald’s in Frederick by far. It’s supposed to be “fast food” yet they always make me park and wait. I order the most simple meal, a McDouble and fries. I don’t understand why this location is run so poorly, it’s been like this for a long time. None of the other McDonald’s locations I go to in Frederick have this issue.

When I placed my order, one of my items was a small coke no ice. In the picture where I drew a line is where it was filled to. I asked for it to be filled up. What they did was add some ice. Really!? It irritates me so that they can’t just put the coke in the cup. Just a simple request.
