You gotta walk up to the register and atleast speak or acknowledge the customers waiting if you want me to leave a good review. 3 people waiting when I walked in the other night, followed by three more walking in behind me. I waited around 10 minutes and no one said a word to any of us customers. I walked right out and went to eat somewhere else.

Horrible. I Ordered a deep dish pizza online, boy was I in for a surprise. When I got there they were extremely rude from the start. The cashier/manager was outside smoking had to wait for him to come inside. No hand wash no gloves, usual issues in a pizza dump like this. But the pizza he gave me… First it was in 2 boxes.. then when I opened them, it was 2 little doughie footballs. Cheese hadn’t melted crust was raw and doughie all around. Manager acted as if he wanted to fight me because of it. I’ve been ordering from Pizza Inn up the street now. Pizza Inn has med 1 top 6.99 and are never rude PLEASE GO THERE INSTEAD u won’t regret it.

Just got home with my pizza and opened the box. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe my feelings. I paid $14.99 for a deep dish supreme pizza and I got blocks of stale bread with barely any toppings. It tastes like it looks, horrible! Absolute waste of my money.

This place sucks and blows so hard simultaneously that it is solely responsible for 99.7% of the tornado warnings issued in Durham county. Multiple times I have ordered online, driven 10 minutes to pick up my order, only to find the place closed! Then, instead of automatically being issued a refund, I had to call and request a refund. Several times I have ordered in person only to be told “we’re not doing that, we’re only doing cheese or pepperoni.” Meaning out of the many items clearly displayed on the digital menu board, they were only offering 2 of them for no apparent reason.

This location on Roxboro Road has horrible customer service. The employees were playing very vulgar music during our visit. Also, the cashier had a vaping pipe in his mouth while taking the order. The cashier was extremely rude and uncooperative and unprofessional when my husband requested another pizza because the pizza he was given was burnt. The cashier refused to give him another pizza and continued to argue about the pizza. My husband had to firmly request a refund several times before his money was returned. The cashier was extremely rude. I will never go to the Little Caesar on Roxboro Road ever again.

Placed order online, you know, the order ahead cut the time deal. While waiting 30 minutes longer for my order than I was supposed to, I watched 3 different couples walk in and order a pizza AND have it made and walk out while I’m still waiting on my “order”ahead deal. When politely asking the outstanding employee about my order,I was told it will be ready when it’s ready. Super friendly right there. While waiting I decided to cancel my super fast order after watching the friendly employee run the register without gloves AND spread the cheese without gloves and not washing her hands. And we wonder how Covid spreads?? I’m currently waiting for a refund that will take 3-5 days but still better than eating a contaminated pizza from the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a pizza online and pre-paid at 8:50pm on a Tuesday night, arrived at 9;15pm to pickup. But was told the store was closed, the ovens were turned off 10 minutes prior to my arrival, and no pizza was made. The store had just enough cash to refund me. Because there is no way to cancel the order online, or request a refund. Unfortunately the posted hours for the store says they close at 10pm. The staff has always been polite.

Just had an incident with this place last week because they refuse to make me fresh wings they kept trying to give me old ones including the manager he never wanted to come resolve the matter until I kept demanding my money back and still insisted to try and still tried to talk me into getting the wings. They don’t want to answer the phone and seem like they don’t want to work. They are very immature and it starts with the Caucasian manager with glasses and he’s young and don’t care let the employees do what they want to do. No type of structure and Authority. Absolute worst place ever. District manager should really Monitor the cameras on their employees.
