I love Capriottis. Been to many locations and had great food and experiences. This location was terrible. There was a terrible atmosphere with signs patronizing customers everywhere. (See attached photos) The tuna sandwich I ordered had hardly any tuna and was just full of lettuce. I’ve had this sandwich at many other locations and loved it. Here the sandwich was meager at best. The whole experience gave the impression that there there was some very grumpy, stingy, angry, penny pinching management behind it all. Will NEVER return to this location. I mean signs that threaten to call the police and telling me I’m on camera?! I am so sorry if some bad things have happened at this location with customers. But patronizing your regular customers and being skimpy on the food is not the answer.

My recent visit to Capriotti’s in Lehi left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. I had high hopes after coming across an advertisement that promised a free grilled cheese with the purchase of an entree. This seemed like the perfect opportunity for a family dinner, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations.

Capriotti’s has delicious food and a fun environment. We tried the sandwiches and loved every one. Our favorites were The Bobbie, Chicken Chipotle Crunch and the Grilled Chicken Parm. The BBQ Chicken and Cole Turkey were close runners up. We will definitely be back for more!

Food was OK. They kid behind the counter couldn’t remember my simple three item order and had to keep asking me to repeat it, he stopped before finishing the order, asked for a tip on the machine and insisted that we take our order “to go” . It was 25 minutes before closing and the dining area was full of other customers. Very weird. Been there for lunch often, but I don’t think I’ll go back.

I like how unique the subs are, and I like the price. However I’m not a huge fan of the selection. I had a hard time figuring out what I’d like. I ended up getting the meatball sub, which isn’t my favorite, but was pretty good for a meatball sub.

Delicious sandwiches! I had the Slaw Be Jo and it was packed full of flavor. I also tried the Balsamic Chicken Salad and loved the mix of walnuts, cranberries and blue cheese crumbles. Service was great. Would definitely recommend this place!

The one star is for the food being great! But the guy behind the counter is patronizing and incredibly rude. First while taking our order, he was impatient with us because we were new. He did offer the the new customer options, but we didn’t want those options. My kids didn’t want the pineapple drink provided with their meal, and when we asked to switch drinks, we were constantly told there were no kids lemonades. He wasn’t understanding that I wanted to buy 2 separate drinks for my kids, so my husband and I came up with a different solution to get them a lemonade by filling our drink cup up with lemonade and dispersing the drink in the 2 cups they did provide us for water. Then they wouldn’t give us napkins and told us that they were for customers… um we’re customers so I didn’t understand that problem and was very confused. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

My husband and I came here on a Saturday for lunch. The place was spotless and clean, and the staff was very friendly. When our sandwiches were ready they brought them out to us. I had the vegetarian philly cheesesteak and my husband had the real one. they were hot and fresh and absolutely delicious! I will be back for the vegetarian philly. I was so impressed with the quality.

The service was good. The sandwiches didn’t blow my mind. For the price I expected a little more. I got a BBQ sandwich and it barely had any sauce or coleslaw on it. They didn’t seem very full of fillings. My husband’s Philly Cheesesteak was mediocre too. The bread was exceptional. I’d give it another try, but lower my expectations.
