The girl who has tattoos all over and weird eyeliner is a rude little girl who has no idea how to do customer service she got mad at me because I walked up and she was busy with ringing up groceries and I said I don’t have a problem and then she was just ugly to me I told her that she needs to shut up and do her job turns out she’s not good at doing her job and kicked me out and i been going there for years and she thinks she’s so good we’ll if you are not nice to your customers you won’t have any!!

I love this place! It is for the connoisseur, the exclusive. It has a major selection of foreign and domestic magazines, and newspapers. It has an exclusive smoking room, an amazing selection of fine cigars, even chocolate. The staff are exceptional. Big windows, dark beautiful woodwork, reminds me of places I visited in Europe. Very warm, inviting, friendly, yet exclusive and exceptional. I highly recommend it!

Wow just wow. I entered late this afternoon to order a large Pink drink and witnessed another customer return a drink that was not made with almond milk as she had requested. I am assuming that she drank from the drink and that is how she realized that it was made incorrectly. Instead of tossing the drink immediately the Batista put it in the back counter, berated the customer within my earshot but not hers, and began making another drink for her. Why wasn’t the drink immediately destroyed? Hello! There is a pandemic that is spread through saliva and contact. The counter itself was filthy along with the plexiglass where walk in orders order. Do better…be better!

tried ordering a pumpkin cream cold Brew and was told they don’t offer holiday flavors after new year’s and couldn’t get the 32 ounce size only 12 ounce, different staff there the one that helped me was kinda rude yet the Starbucks in Madras has no problem offering pumpkin cream 32 ounce size, was happy because I had to settle for a cinnamon dolse cold brew and hardly had any ice in it

Zero stars because I dropped my drink outside of Safeway I came back in a showed them a picture to see if I can get a new drink and they said no. The day before a person made my drink I asked for a grande and she gave me a tall so I confronted her and she just put my tall drink into a grande. Not coming back here go to the other Starbucks in Sandy there coffee taste much better and they’re more organized.
