Really surprised me how good the food is, given how many times I’ve walked the pier and kind of ignored this restaurant. Farm-to-table fresh, great ingredients and preparation. Did not save enough room for dessert, so will be back for the Matcha Tiramisu. And the cocktails were spectacular. The servers went non-existent at times, but it was crazy busy. Beautiful spot on historic Malibu pier!

You’re paying for the view. The food was mediocre for the price. I got the ceviche for $24. The service was trash. As a table of 7 people our waiter rarely came over to refill and just seemed very dismissive of us and disinterested in his job. Which is unfortunate cause it’s a really beautiful restaurant. Definitely expected more for the cost. Would not recommend or go back!

I’m not sure why this place has only a 3 star rating. The initial wait for water was a bit longer (maybe 5 minutes) but they were busy so I totally understood. The food came out quick and was quite delicious. We had the fish of the day (halibut) and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Now the dessert… AMAZING! Get the olive oil cake and the matcha tiramisu because it will change your life. Lastly, go at sunset. It is stunning and with the lights and the outdoor setting, you’ll have an amazing dinner experience.

This restaurant is at a very nice location, at a small Harbour side. The construction and the sea breeze make it a very pleasant place where to spend an excellent time. The food is good, not spectacular. The best for us was the Flatbreaf Iron Steak (excellent). The grassfed Flat Iron Steak was good too. The taco trio was good, not so the ceviche, which was not a real ceviche. The hummus was good, not excellent. They had not the oysters, which were offered in the menu. The hosts and hostesses were nice, but they did no seem to notice we were there. We have to keep calling them to be served.

Seating was absolutely terrible. We were asked to change seats while waiting for food. When we didn’t want to change seats, the hostess was very disrespectful. She forced us to change seats and threatened to call the manager. We left promptly after that.
