At our North Little Rock, AR location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. Ladies (2) working up front during lunch today were so welcoming and awesome! We ordered one classic meal and one catfish meal and they were both great. Fried pickles tasted like funnel cakes so I wouldn’t order those again. The ladies bathroom needs to be completely re-done and cleaned well.

Customer service was horrible. Her phone was more important than her job. This is twice within this month that we have been and the wait staff is horrible. The food we ordered was not the food we received.

Ordered two meals. On one order they left out our side items, on the other they got wrong sides, we had to ask twice for napkins, my gf ordered funnel cakes which were horrible, the food was lukewarm at best.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE I received at the NLR,AR location was so disheartening. I had to wait almost 10mins for a cold plate. She forgot I was outside waiting on my order. I had to go in to get my order and this is what I get! I don’t know if I’m more upset about the PRESENTATION or CUSTOMER SERVICE! Either way I won’t spend another dime there!

My family and I visited this location tonight and I must say that the staff service and food was impeccable. The staff were all young but they went above and beyond to ensure our order was correct. Even opening the food to allow us to check before we left. The lobby was clean and well stocked. The floors were clean!! Just an overall fast food experience tonight!!

I just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after ordering the Lobster rolls combo and 2 Crab cakes and everything was cold I didn’t get my combo because the black woman at the window said she only charged me for Lobster rolls, My order was $8.42 whick I paid with a$20.00 and she was obviously not good at math because she only gave me back $8.00 in change to which I quickly helped her to correct. Bottom line I’LL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!!!

I came on here specifically to write a positive review about the guy who served me in the drive thru on a Wednesday during lunch time. He was absolutely awesome. I feel like he deserves some praise just because he was super friendly and nice.
