So I placed a big door dash order at 10:05pm. It was a 16 piece meal. I got the confirmation from the doordasher that he was on the way. At 10:20pm. 10 min before closing the Dasher sends me a message that someone stole my order. That the manager refused to remake because according to her..4 dashers showed up to pick up the order (this makes no sense because once the Dasher is picking up, he confirms and has it assigned) manager said the Dasher said order for my name and they gave him the food. I asked, so how did 4 dashers know my name when it was assigned, she said I don’t know and is not our fault he didn’t confirm. Nothing this lady said made sense, I honestly think they didn’t even make the order and claimed it was stolen. I’m familiar with how DD works and there is no way they would release the food without them confirming they completed the order. NOTHING BUT LAZY and I’m sure is not the first time. Or did someone there took my food? Too many questions and no answers..smh

For my First time Ever of going into KFC to order I was Extremely disappointed i Spend over $45 on a family 16 piece fried chicken and they gave me a bucket that had probably been there for a while . The fried chicken was really soft and fried skin was falling moist of the chicken. Owner and General Manager this is the first and last time i go to this place what a deception for this company.

Worst chicken in Baytown always messing up orders I give this ppl a chance over and over the restaurant manager Olivia feels like 20 orders is to much to handle so refuse to pay attention. And when I asked for my refund she said she can’t do that since I already paid. The one star is already way to much for this. They say there is no corporation office for them so maybe who ever is in change can choose their staff that can handle the job they need to get done because all their management does is blame the staff and not fix anything for you

They kept taking orders and making people park, making us wait over 30min on the side. Instead of fulfilling the orders as they came, they were letting cars who had maybe waited 5min get out first. When I asked one of the employees bringing orders out about my order he very curtly replied that the orders were coming out according to what you ordered.
