This place is legit!!!! Best service ever, too. So nice inside. I love the atmosphere here. Definitely will be back for sure. Love the homemade salsa and chips they bring out. Our food was exceptional I didn’t like the sweet rice they brought out with your meal, though. Too sweet for my liking. But everything else is great!

The menu boasts a variety of delectable Mexican dishes that are sure to satisfy any palate. The presence of a well-stocked bar further enhances the dining experience. All in all, our visit to Rojo Mexican Grill was a memorable one, leaving us eager to return for more delicious food and great ambiance.

This was our first visit to Rojo. We had to wait a while for a table. We showed up around the dinner rush.

Rojo’s was excellent. Service was top notch by Kylie. She went above and beyond and even had fresh chips and salsa for us togo.

To start, Rojo’s grill has amazing food, they have the best quesadillas I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant and the best queso dip. The chips are lightly fried and well seasoned and there is a large variety of main courses.

I’m a huge fan of Rojo Mexican Grill! Of course with all new restaurants it is expected that they will find their stride over time. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and all around it was a great experience. I was amazed at the open kitchen concept and the brightness of the location.

It wasn’t too bad, but as a Mexican restaurant the menu had a relatively small selection of Mexican dishes and a lot of unrelated dishes. They get bonus points for the freshly made flour tortillas. That said, if you’re looking for more good Mexican cuisine there are more authentic and locally-owned options in Maple Grove.

Good was excellent. Something different from the traditional American Mexican restaurants around very fresh and light we tried the chicken tacos and the carne asada tacos. Waitress was amazing. Took a start away for the host she was less than excited to be at work and it was very noticeable. We sat outside with in the shade. We will be back to try their ceviche.

Visited for dinner and were immediately seated. It took awhile for a server to come get our drink and appetizer order. The food was so good! By far my favorite in the Twin Cities! Definitely will be back!

As a native Californian and Mexican the bar is really high for me when it comes to Mexican food. The guacamole was good, the chips not so much, super salty, margaritas are great, I ordered a torta and it lacked flavor, and should’ve had refried beans on it. It came with a side of fries and cup of tortilla soup, fried had too much salt, soup was ok. Music was great and service was awesome.
