Went in because the line outside for drive through was long. Stood at counter for quite a while. We watched the manager sit in the office and watch this team struggle. No one acknowledged we were even there. Not a one moment please, hello, we’ll be right with you. Not a word. Don’t waste your time because management doesn’t even care at this location. We will take our business elsewhere. Thank you for not allowing me to waste money at this location. I will gladly drive out of my way to go to another taco bell.

They forgot something in my order and sit there and act like im stealing. They had me bring my bag up to look. My boyfriend and I had 2 separate orders. Both ordered Cinnabons. They forgot mine and tried to argue that I received mine. I didn’t. They were extremely rude and nasty about it.

My husband ordered food on his way home from working for both of us. We always get the same thing and never have had an issue until today. The food we got was disgusting. The hard tacos were a joke. Hardly anything in them, soft, and just over all unpleasant. I had a chicken quesadilla and is tasted straight up like spoiled chicken. The chalupa I got was stale and must have been sitting out or something. The staff was friendly but obviously unable to correctly do their job. I know this sounds like a petty complaint but seriously, we don’t get fast food that often and when we do… we just want what we paid for… not this garbage we were given. Just look at the pictures, I can’t make this up if I tried. It’s truly that gross.

The last 3 times we have gone the food has been horrible. They’ve gotten the food wrong everytime. They did breakfast burritos with no cheese or sour cream so it was literally just a wrap with dry potatoes and eggs. Then they made the crunch wrap like this. Whoever is new in the last few weeks is horrible because we never used to have issues.

Ordered several items, with a few being supreme. All items received only had meat and cheese on them- no lettuce, no tomato, no sour cream, etc. We called them to let them know and they said they were out of every other ingredient but somehow didn’t think to tell us. Then they cussed us out. We wrote them off for months then just decided to give them another try vuq doordash. Several drivers arrived to pick it up but then turned around. We asked and it turned out the employees simply didn’t want to make the food and were waiting until the place closed so our order would be canceled. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They need complete new staff and complete retraining on how to put items into tortillas- pretty sad

I come here once every couple weeks and I’d say 75% of the time my order is wrong, but sometimes it’s wrong in a “here’s someone else’s $30 order” way so you win some you lose some. Pretty sure all the employees here are illiterate but they’re nice!

Not all Taco Bells offer the same experience, but as someone who loves piñatas, this one is my favorite–every visit is a surprise! Will I get stuck in the drive thru because the cashier walked out to smoke and talk on the phone during lunch rush, and the truck in front of me took several minutes to realize no one was working? (My prize on March 20, 2023!) Will my order be so wrong that I can’t even identify the poorly-wrapped items tossed into my bag? (My prize in January 2023!) Will I interact with a cheerful cashier who will take down my order correctly, and then hand me a bag full of food I didn’t order, thereby overcharging me by about $5? (My prize today!) Will I be shocked to discover that a Taco Bell could deliver such poor service and food that my already-low expectations of every Taco Bell were actually too high? I’m pretty sick of that last surprise, so I won’t be back again. But if you love piñatas, enjoy!
