Poor customer service by the two men I encountered at the window this morning. One gave me my food without napkins so I waited for him to come to the window as I noticed he was busy putting orders together. I wanted to believe that he was just busy and not intentionally choosing to not come to the window. The other guy was also busy but then he looked at me and kept going about his business. I didn’t want to honk my horn but I had to because I felt ignored. The one guy looked at me as I was calling him to come to the window and he ignored me. I hear the other guy asking him what does she want? I already gave her her order so now, I am upset. You pretty much could’ve asked me but you chose to ask your co-worker. Wow, I was shocked at how poor they both were at providing good customer service to a paying customer and I am actually shocked at their responses because I was not being rude at all. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but employees with bad customer service will ruin your experience as a customer and Dunkin’ Donuts reputation. I didn’t even get an apology from neither one of them. I really hope the managers will have a sit down with their staff and educate them on what good customer service consists of because what I experienced this morning was unacceptable.

I love Dunkin’ if I’m being honest I love it, but everytime I go to the place that’s across from the parking lot of PriceRite they’re always out of what I want or they mess up my order. I just think they need to be a big better if having many things in stock and better staff. I usually don’t come to this DD but I was near there today. I should’ve stuck with my usual DD.

This Dunkin donuts is a joke. Sat in the drive thru for a whole half hour for 1 coffee. Never saw anything more than a coffee leave through the drive thru ahead of me. After 5 to 10 min I would have baled, however there literally is no other way to exit except through the drive thru once you are in line. Also, once I ordered the lady taking my order had to ask me what I was ordering, meaning she has no clue what is on the menu. I highly recommend frequenting one of the other 5 dunkin donuts on the Silas Deane. Or better yet, just boycot the franchise and go elsewhere.
