I just had a very bad experience. There were far too many employees just running around the front counter so everyone was confused. The lady who took my order was unnecessarily rude, luckily another employee stepped in to help ( she was also rude to her). My market salad looks like they scrapped it off the floor and gave it to me. No I didn’t shake it, and no there’s no blueberries or blue cheese. Im just a bit disappointed with it, I do not recommend this location. This is the worst Chick-fil a experience I’ve ever had.

I refused to go to this chic fila, because a year ago, I brought an incorrect order back, untouched completely,with a receipt, within an hour of receiving it and had to fight for it to be remade. Lady at the counter argued and yelled at me. I decided against returning.

Same staff just moved across the street to a bigger location. The staff gives fast, great service, usually excellent on the orders being accurate. Even the two drive-thru lanes move rapidly to get you out of there quick. Food was hot, drinks were fresh. I’ll be back.

I like their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, regardless of the number of cars in n line, the atmosphere is very professional and time is always a important factor to the staff. I have never waited for extended time frames. This is true for every location I have been to.

New location, so customer service should be on point right? TJ please ensure that your staff is honoring the posted times for breakfast. If the breakfast menu is still up at the drive thru and it’s not 10:30 a.m. why are they saying that breakfast is over? We are trying to continue spending our money at your location.

As someone who used to work at a Chick-fil-A. This was the most disappointing service I have received. I used the second lane as it was open and the girl questioned why we are “jumping” lanes. Like it was open so I used it… then tells me to pull around rudely. Then the gentleman who took my ordered seemed to have attitude, maybe he didn’t but his tone felt as if he had an attitude. Overall I was disappointed with the service I received when I can get the same quality of service at the McDonald’s down the street.
