Great Service no matter how busy. But it’s now been multiple times that I’ve ordered food and it tastes like a chemical cleaning product. it’s disgusting and the food is inedible. I hope the owner or employees read the reviews so they can fix this. I tried reaching out directly and haven’t heard back because I didn’t want to leave a public review until giving them a chance to respond and fix this. But its been 3 months now and nothing has changed

I went to this Dunkin today and the woman at the drive thru was very fast, friendly and efficient!! She was beautiful and nice and I highly appreciate the fast, friendly service! I was in the area again later in the day [Lyft driver] and stopped inside to use the bathroom real quick and it was very clean!!! This was great, thank you! I will be returning!

How many things can you get wrong. 30 dollars worth of garbage. Why did I customize my dozen donuts if you were just going to give me what you wanted to give me anyway? I ordered your signature latte exactly how you have it on your mobile app and it was missing everything that makes it even signature. Avocado toast was missing. Horrible place.

We used to hate this Dunkin because we’d show up at like 3pm and they wouldn’t be open… but since the new owners took over recently it’s turned around 100%! Longer hours, the employees are super friendly and get my order right consistently, and the drive through line (while usually super long) moves very quickly. Also the inside recently reopened so if the line is too long we just go in and get served immediately.

How many things can you get wrong in 1 order? Apparently, 4. Wow. Asked for 2 hash browns 3 times, stressed that – got 1. Asked for honey in the tea – no honey was there. Asked for avocado sandwich with bacon – got no bacon. Asked for turkey sausage, egg and cheese – it had no cheese in it. Goodness, guys, really?!?? Please LISTEN to the customers! Or put someone at the register who can listen! It’s 5pm on a Labor Day, why is everything so wrong? And WHY bacon isn’t cut into little pieces like in the other Dunkin’s?

Don’t come here. It a waste of time and money. Not only do you have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru but the woman doing taking your cash/credit card does not speak English nor does she know any math. She also is not a very good liar . If your going to lie about what a customer hands you you should at least make sure it makes sense. For only opened 3 hours a day those hours matter. After this experienced I rather pay two dollars more for Starbucks cause at least I know they’ll be nice and not have an attitude. Also Starbucks make sure there employees know basic number because the cash register tells you how much to give the customer back.
