Everything about this KFC is awful! We went there 2 weeks ago and they refused our order because supposedly they don’t expect rolled change even tho they had not 1 other customer in the whole restaurant or drive threw. We offered to open the rolls of quarters and count at the register for them so they could insure it was all there and they told us to take our business elsewhere because they don’t expect change. So if you still support this establishment I recommend taking all your rolled change to them Camille would greatly appreciate it!

I asked for 3 breasts and 5 legs got 2 and 2… Asked for original and got burnt extra crispy! Wish I could share the picture of this burnt almost inedible chicken! I’m blown away! And biscuits could break a window! I want a refund!!! I’d love to speak to the owner regarding this

The food was very good even though we ordered and they forgot about our order and we had to ask about how much longer it would be to get our food. It was ready within a couple minutes after we asked. Myself and my 81 year old father in law needed to use the restroom and both public bathroom doors were locked. I told the lady taking our order the bathroom doors were locked and she said yes, they don’t work. However, while we were eating we proceeded to see multiple employees use these “broken” bathrooms entering with a key. This is illegal and I want this to stop. We could’ve taken legal action but we decided to show grace to these ignorant individuals. I hope management stops this as it is illegal and appears very racist. All the customers who were Caucasian were refused the restroom facilities and those who were black could freely use them, including employees. I’m not sure what management allows this but this is very illegal and should stop.

If ever there were reason for a 0 star review ..this location is reason enough. No ice, no tea, no cutlery and only one employee was nice. The young guy with the dress hanging him his eyes. The rest were rude, incompetent and need nothing less than to be fired. Begining with the manager. Unless it is company policy for employees to talk about customers, and threaten them behind their backs where other customers can hear them in the dining area. (Yeah, I heard what you said and if I hadn’t had the wife and kids with me, I would be writing a review of their local jail. One worker was so dumb she let mash potatoes (from a wrong order) slide off the counter and onto the floor. Then accused the customer of “throwing it at her”. (I was that customer and I didn’t throw anything. If I had, I’d have made sure she was wearing it). She was just to slow (or lazy) to reach her hand out and stood there and watched as it slid and fell into the floor. If these are the kind of people they hire in TN, I will definitely not be visiting any franchise related to KFC or it’s affiliates (Pizza Hutt, Taco Bell) in TN. And maybe not even my own state.

Will never open their restroom even for paying customers. Staff is more focused on smoking weed behind store and not watching their kids playing in the dining room. Clerk literally washed her hands then scratched her butt then prepared food. It’s a dirty place!

Young lady at drive thru extremely rude to the point she should have been sent home until she learned how to treat customers! Then she made me wait for three pieces of chicken and a biscuit when she brought my food to me I said thank you and she just turned and walked away without saying a word…..

We went through the drive through and got the 12 PC chicken bucket, we asked for half original half Xtra crispy got back to our cabin and we had gotten 5 breasts in our 12 PC bucket, everything was delicious as usual from KFC.
