Came here after long time thinking they might have got better at making sandwiches but nope. As you can see in picture bread is not cooked well at all. Had 3 large sandwiches and all of them not well cooked. They forgot to put jalapeños in all the sandwiches even after checking it on the list. Sauce was like not existing very dry sandwich. Customer service was nice but they need to train the people to make sandwich right. Also the place smelled literally like rotten expired cheese could not stand inside and had to go out and wait. Used to come here a lot but not lately as the taste have changed and quality has gone down. Sorry guys you lost couple customers that day.

Got a couple of sandwiches for takeout. Disappointed that order was sitting on printer and no one had begun preparation. After coming home, realized both sandwiches not toasted well and missing sauces on one of the sandwiches. Called store back and AJ said she would get back to me the following morning. I emphasized that I was not looking for free food but a small discount or refund would be appreciated. Other locations prepared the same sandwiches much better, thus will not be going back to this location forever!

Simple place with tasty sandwiches. Most of the sandwiches are a la carte and the ingredients are fresh. They can toast it or warm it also. My hubby, who loves sandwiches always wants to come here, I prefer a meal. But my blt was yummy. We’ll return.

Really enjoyed my visit, staff was very nice and helpful. Some of the tables were dirty but other than that it was all great and I’d recommend trying it.

Outstanding!!! Excellent corner location and close to a lot. Stopped in for a quick bite and got the Reuben. Spot on! Great staff and owners!

This Which Which has amazing customer service. The sandwiches are always good. I really like the bowl option now that I’m trying to eat less bread. The vegetarian black bean pattie with avocado bowl is good, it has a lot of lettuce though. There is a lot of parking around the village. I usually go during the week as during the weekends it is very busy and there are limited sitting tables and it’s hard to find a spot to eat.

Both sandwiches were terrible. I ordered mine cold they pressed it. I was fine. Then the Philly comes out ice cold. Cheese not even melted! Not really that premium.

I have never been to a which wich before, so I thought to give this place a try. The food was good, reasonably priced, but the true purpose for taking the time to write this review is to express how great the customer service was. The gentleman working the cash register at 11am this morning was absolutely fantastic. This was the type of customer service that reminds you that there are good people just working hard to make others happy. Thank you!

Other people have pointed out the poor customer service, and this cannot be overstated. You’ll really be in for a shock your first visit. I’ve been a couple times but generally stick with something cheaper, as this is the kind of place that makes you wonder why you paid triple Subway’s prices for a sandwich you could have made at home with fresher ingredients and a better attitude. I was nearby, so I decided to give them one last try this evening. Worker literally scribbled through my selections and gave me the sandwich he felt like making, then didn’t tell me about the alterations. I realized the bag and my sandwich were completely wrong when I got home. I called and asked why they made my sandwich incorrectly, and the cashier said “Oh yeah, he made it different than how you asked on purpose, so I guess that’s why he changed the bag. You didn’t give us enough money.” Well if $14 isn’t enough money for the wrong sandwich, then why didn’t they tell me while I was in the store? I gladly would have paid for the sandwich I ordered. Total joke. I’m all for workers being paid a living wage, but I’m afraid that this new standard of job performance is just going to lead to automation. I’m pretty sure a robot could have made my sandwich the way I wanted without being a jerk. In fact, their corporate number is automated and redirects you to the website, so their customer feedback department is already there. If a real manager happens to see this, I’d love my money back.
